Because it getting worst that employers are hiring and retaining the wrong personalities just simply due to the hiring and retention difficulties managers face. Because they don't realize when they get discouraged and lazy with the hiring it effect the regular customers and their experience and therefor that can reflect upon service quality and the bottom line. Read moreHad the worst experience ever at this Starbucks! The young girl that worked there never acknowledged me standing there as she walked past me a couple times. Finally asked what I wanted and not in a very pleasant way, but she could be having a bad morning. So what got me was I asked for a caramel frappachino and I kept waiting and waiting until I finally asked if she forgot me. She stated she did not and handed me a hot drink cup that had sit there awhile too. I told her I ordered a caramel frappachino and she states, "No you didn't, you ordered a cappuccino".
