Pocatello never ceases in disappointing and surprising me in their poor customer service skills. I went in there yesterday to shop and was turned away because I didn’t have a ticket to their private sale event. The owner said it was meant to do some “crowd control”. We all remember COVID standards. Why not enforce your capacity limit and have people wait outside until they can come inside? Nope. It was a straight- you want to give me your business? Well not today. Well- not ever. I’m not going to be looking up social media platforms whenever I want to come to see if there’s some kind of requirement. That’s ludicrous.

Pocatello has been needing a retail store like this for longer than we even know! A one stop shop for women to find what they are looking for, feel comfortable and confident while doing so, and leave feeling better than when they came in.

The store is beautiful and well organized with so many great options, the staff is warm and welcoming, and the owner is an absolute gem!

I have countless Lettie items in my closet that I have had for years and I have loved being able to have a brick and mortar store to be able to try things on and continue to add to my Lettie collection.

This is the most beautiful retail store in Pocatello! They have the best selection of womens clothing and accessories as well as gifts and home items. It is a one-stop shop and so conveniently located.
