I’m titling this review: Jenny Jenny Jenny. Or Ginny Ginny Ginny. Or Janeen. (Whatever it was) The manager. Today I went to Jack in the Box to get my app coupon. 2 for 5$ jumbo jack and free tacos for taco Tuesday. I always do the payment before hand and go through the drive through. When I got up to the box I noticed it actually didn’t go through for some reason but would take a few seconds regardless. The Jack in the box app wouldn’t accept any of my payment at all so I sat there for quite literally 10 seconds, and I politely said. “Give me one second the app is trying to accept my payment.” They said “you need to order or step aside because your holding up the line” After 10 seconds. Its all on camera (theirs) , so when the manager claimed they were nice about it. That’s quite literally not true. So that made me mad, because, rude? So I said great are you going to honor my coupons through the app then. She said “no we can’t do that, we don’t have the ability to” when I know they do because they’ve done it before. No big deal at all. And once I came in Jenny/Ginny even admitted she knew exactly who had been honoring those coupons and will “talk to them”. So she lied and said she didn’t even have the ability to honor them, which she did. After being at the drive through for NO MORE THAN A MINUTE she said, “doesn’t matter if you get it through anyways because we won’t make your food because you're being extremely rude”. I’m baffled at this point, like I’m in the twilight zone, stuttering over my words because I AM THE ONE? Sweet sweet Jenny/Ginny, the call is coming from inside the house. Anywho. She said, you need to move aside or we’re going to call the cops. After denying me service for asking them to honor my app coupons. Because the app wasn’t working. Which I would have gladly stepped aside out of the drive through line, if after 10 seconds of trying different payments on my app, I wasn’t met with “you need to order or step aside”. So the Chubbuck police had their time wasted which I feel the most bad about. Because yes, Jenny/Ginny actually called them. So yes there are two sides to every story, but this is all on camera. Honestly, I’m baffled and super upset this escalated so quickly. I am usually on the side of restaurant employees when it comes to arguments and harassment because people can be cruel. There are actual types of people an issues that require the cops to be called and to deny service. This was not one of them. And if I were the franchise owner, I’d review the footage to see if manager Jenny/Ginny is still a right fit for their restaurant. If the answer is yes. That’s...

I work in fast food and I understand what needs to be done to be safe and make customers happy. However, what happened today is unacceptable. When I first walked inside, I immediately was greated with a sight of a dirty milkshake machine. This machine looked like it hadn't been cleaned in days. Ice cream is supposed to be kept cold and the room temperature ice cream that was on the machines definitely was not. If you ordered a shake, there is no telling what would be mixed inside.

After we ordered our food I was watching to see how it was made, and I saw fries being taken from already packed fries, and put into new ones to top them off with their hands.

We finally got our food and we were passing it out to the group and we realized that our fries were made wrong. My sister ordered a large regular fry and received a large curly fry. And my other sister ordered a medium curly fry that costs extra and received a medium that was half filled with regular fries then coverd with a layer of curly fries as if it was an attempt to cover up the problem. We also ordered sauces that cost ¢25 a piece and received none of them.

When we asked about the sauce, they gave us the correct assortment, but when I went to the counter to make the fry situation right, I stood there and watched as they used a used fry container to fill half with new curly fries then they took tongs and put the old ones I brought to the counter on top to finish it off. While not pleased with this solution, but I didn't know what else to do, I went back to the table. A few minutes later, we watched as they poured the remaining regular fries from the returned container which had been out for at least 15 minutes to the fry dumps to be served along side another customers order.

Throughout the time we were there, we were not able to witness any employees wash hands after handling food, brooms and trash.

All in all, the very poor customer service, the huge inaccuracies on the order, and the huge blatant disregard for food safety, this experience puts this at the top of my list of places I would never...

Went to pick up mobile order and asked to change the drinks, they gave us extra sauces and went home. When I came home there was a Double Jack & Onion Rings missing from the order. I thought no problem since they where close by to just grab the items. When I went in and explained that we were missing different items. When the employee asked where the bags are, I told him I already took the items home, thats where I found the items where missing. They said they had to have proof I had missing items (inferring I was lieing). I told them ok went back home repacked everything and brought it back. When I did the employee searched the back without gloves on. They said they would remake the food. I told them I wanted the food remade because they touched it without gloves and the food partial refund because I came back three times. The employee that went through the bags without gloves came and talked with me (he ended up being the manager). He refused to remake the food, partial refund the order, and stated that I was late picking it up, making it my fault it was cold. I kept trying to tell him the 30 minutes did not mattered but kept getting cut off. I did not care if my food was cold more concerned about the cleanliness. I told him fine remake what I was missing but they just lost customers. The Manger point blank told me good. They only remade one bag of Onion rings not making sure there was two (the other was just bits). I got the food and wished them a good night. I’m not happy , as a consumer I expect better customer service and food quality , went thru drive thru I asked for the chicken popcorn loaded, didn’t get it loaded and the food presentation was poorly. Call the store and the manager was very unprofessional, yes I hung up the phone because as a customer I was frustrated,I work hard for my money and decided to try the chicken popcorn.anyway the manager called me back and asked if we lost the call or I hung up and I told him I was disappointed and hung up because he wasn’t going to help me out . So he hung up on me . Very unprofessional and I called back and asked to talk to the manager and he said it was him and proceeded to hung up on me . Last time I go to this location.

So freaken disgusting I swear I'm turned off for life now from ever eating there again. I called to complain about it and the girl who answered was so snotty and rude and told me she personally made my burger etc and told me to come all the way back there with my food and they can fix it is the best she could do she said? Really chick? No I'm good, I'll pass on my food getting spit in next thank you. I just threw the whole order in the trash and said bye bye $8 bucks! Smdh!

I’m not happy , as a consumer I expect better customer service and food quality , went thru drive thru I asked for the chicken popcorn loaded, didn’t get it loaded and the food presentation was poorly. Call the store and the manager was very unprofessional, yes I hung up the phone because as a customer I was frustrated,I work hard for my money and decided to try the chicken popcorn.anyway the manager called me back and asked if we lost the call or I hung up and I told him I was disappointed and hung up because he wasn’t going to help me out .
