Motel 6 Pocatello, ID — Hotel in Chubbuck

This was the absolute WORST motel/hotel experience I've ever had and that's saying a lot. I asked for a first floor, booked weeks in advance with my service animal. The lady took forever, was horribly rude. I called to tell them I can't use the toilet as the handle was broken and so was the chain so I couldn't even just do it manually. It was a little after 7, and she wanted to call me back. I said okay, but I've been on the road all day I need to go to sleep, so asked for it not to be too late. They woke me up out of a sleep at almost 11 p.m. I left my down pillow there and eye mask on accident. When I checked out I asked for them to consider a full or partial refund as I had to reach my hand into the @$%&* toilet tank gross and pull up the plunger to flush, the rudeness, not getting the room I booked weeks before all the walk ins that day. A different lady was upfront when I asked and she said "did you fill out the comment card" which I answered yes. I've tried to contact them via the booking site and they've not responded. 0 stars. I will never be back to this motel. EVER. I suggest you spend more money and stay somewhere not horrid where the toilet flushes and the floor of your room doesn't stick to your shoes. If you decide on this one, may the force be with you. I'll update if they try to make it right. I don't have high hopes and wish I charged it on a card instead of using my debit so I could back it out. Nasty, horrible, rude, dirty. This has a strong likelihood of being your worst motel experience ever, it was for me. I already had previous dealings with this location earlier in the week where they treated me very dishonestly. I have been fighting them through my bank for a refund. I bought a room for what I thought was the 13th of February but due to a glitchy website issue with Priceline I was given the wrong date of reservation and immediately called Priceline to try to have them modify it but they called this Motel 6 and were told no. I had to call this location and spoke to an employee named Yuvraj who told me it was their mistake to not consent to cancelling the false date and all I had to do was to call Priceline and have them call back to this Motel 6 one more time and they would fix the issue. I needed a room for the weekend date and went ahead and made a second reservation for the 13th. It turned out Motel 6 again lied and refused the refund. Then when we arrived on Thursday the 13th we found the bathroom was filthy. The rim of the toilet had yellow stains and hair, the floor was sticky and grimy from not having been mopped. The sink was backed up and sludge was coming up instead of draining after use. A member of my party had to go buy cleaning supplies to clean...

India the GM is the best she helps people as well as marlo and the maid service are always so friendly if you need something at anytime there always available all the staff there a gentleman that works swings he's awesome as well we've been here for a bit waiting on are rv spot to come open and they all have been so nice accommodations whatever you need they help I've never seen anyone one here angry.mad ect they are all a pleasure to be around and the new owner is fixing this place up so nice as we all know it takes time he also has been very generous to us all well I wouldn't want to stay any where else and if I had to comeback I'd pick here thank you motel 6 for all your friendly staff and making are stay pleasurable I recommend you guys to anyone plus they allow my Maltese dog here with no fee and there are per friendly so if your looking for a bug room at great price this is the place to go are room is hugh they all are and I'm very satisfied with this place I'd give it a10 if I could thank you again motel staff so being so generous and nice...
