NEVER BEEN TREATED LIKE THIS BEFORE, OR EMBARRASSED, SO BADLY. I only gave this a 1 star, because there was no option for a zero stars rating.. Was doing some shopping at Costco, and on my way out of the parking lot, my 65 year old bladder said "empty me now", and I was hungry anyways, so I stopped, went in, went straight to the restroom where I noticed a pushbutton lock on the door. I went to the counter, and waited until the young lady at the counter turned around, and I politely asked if I could get the code for the restroom, she hesitated a second and asked "are you a customer?" I said "I might be, do I have to buy something just to use your restroom?" She said "yes", and I asked again "can I just use your restroom, first?" She still would not give me the code, instead (very begrudgingly, with attitude) walks over to the door, punches in the code, and holds it open. I used the facility, washed my hands, went back to the counter and ordered a burger and drink. I am a diabetic, and I needed to get something to eat, so I had to get something. After I ordered, I asked if there was a manager in the store. I was told no, they would not be in until Tuesday (this was on a Saturday), and the cashier told me the store phone number was on the receipt, and I could call Tuesday. EVEN THAT EMPLOYEE SAW MY EMBARRASSMENT. After I ate (in the restaurant) I looked around to see if there were any signs designating the "restrooms only for customer's use", I saw none. I took pictures, to verify. I will be following up with theanager on Tuesday, and possibly a call to Corporate. This was embarrassing, to say the least. And yes, I did get the name of the employee. Also took pictures outside restaurant doors and building walls, no signs present that say "restrooms for customers only". I'll never be back to this location....
Ā Ā Ā Read moreIāve been at this restaurant so many times, but this day i had the WORST experiencie⦠I came in (09/23/2025) with my mom she order 2 combos, The cashier āThe Managerā gave us a number, she called out our number to pick up the Food at the front and It was ok, but then my mom asked the āManagerā for more napkins cause she literally put 2 with the order.. and She just looked and turned up her eyes.. and i was like OK⦠we waited there and then she came back ignoring us⦠then I asked for JalapeƱos and the lady said āThe cost Is 52 centsā and I was ok but my mom asked again for more napkins and told her āI need more napkins because the table Is dirty and I need to clean Itā and she just ignored her again⦠then I said āExcuse me lady she asked you twice for more napkins you Can charge me for them to If you want toā she just twisted her eyes again and put 2 more⦠My mom said āWhat a bad serviceā and the lady just said āThank Youā instead of apologice for the bad attitude⦠then I order a extra soda and she was so rude twisting her eyes to me and saying things in low voice.. then I asked her name and she refused, and I asked her name again and she said āLOURDESā and i said āThats not a Good service and you are the Manager? Reallyā and she just kept saying āThank Youā⦠This Is not right at all, this is not the attitute a āManagerā should have to lead a restaurant⦠This Is not what a āManagerā needs to show at work to the employees⦠We asked for more napkins to clean up what āThe Managerā should take care of⦠I Dont know who Is the real āBossā of this āManagerā but this Lady āLOURDES THE MANAGERā Is not the right person to lead a restaurant where she needs to deal with People⦠she was so disrespectfull and rude.. Ā Ā Ā Read moreNever write reviews on restaurants because I believe they can negatively impact a business. However, I just visited this Carlās Jr. location at 11:55 pm on 7.21.19. Not sure who was working the drive-thru on this shift but I drove by & saw the 24hrs sign they have posted on the side window facing the street. So I pulled into the drive through and the lady says āweāre closedā . That was cool with me... could have maybe said āhey Iām sorry but weāre closedā but itās all good no hard feelings right. I just told her ā well just so you know your website on google says your open 24 hours.ā She replies back (in an I know everything and your wrong tone) ā No thatās only during the week , weāre closed cuz itās not the week.. itās the weekend sirā. Fine Iām not going to argue just thought Iād hit you with that 1 star and a nice review cuz.. why not ?.. Also, for whoever is reading this review (Carlās Jr. Employee) I wasnāt going to argue with your coworker/supervisor/employee but check your website it clearly state that your open 7 days a week for 24hours. Hope you enjoyed this long unnecessary review....
