I have eaten there twice a month here and there, however I have viewed the preparing of the food and I have noticed the handling of the clear plastic plates 👎 so I decided to speak up about what I think is a health issue, I raise the issue with who I thought was only the cashier I noted to the cashier ( " if your going to help in getting plates for my order please clean your hands, you have received money from me and I don't want any cros contamination from cashier machine or money ", ) it didn't set well with cashier and I must admit wille nothing was said directly to me, I was given my receipt and cashier walked🚶♂️ away, Yes Yes to me thats unfortunate and uncomfortable there were no words of calming my worries, I will note for the record same place different cashier I mentioned that new plates were needed as I had noticed cashier went directly towards plates and grabbed 2 of the top cover plates for my 🥗 salads this without cleaning the hands, Looked at me grabbed the plastic plates and briskly with force threw them to the garbage container, and yes I intend to speak not with manager but with general manager so they have a better understanding and knowledge of what might happen if nothing is done as new deadly bacteria may be lurking in different places that we don't know about I hope this helps 🙏 everyone to be aware of how their plates are...
Read moreI usually go to this location and had a great experience, Unfortunately last time they forgot my side salad that I ordered, I didn’t make a big deal things happens, but today happened again, So this time I called and complained that my side salad was not on my bag, the manager or the one that pretended to be a manager said that he asked the employee that gave me the order and that she said the salad was there( and I’m looking on my food) he responded if you where missing the salad it would be here I was like I’m done I’m not going to discuss anything with this person because I feel that I was waisting my time, I honestly think that employees need to be more careful on take out orders.

The customer service this girl had, was so professional and appreciated. I asked for her name afterwards because she did such a great job. Her name is STAR, I worked at a restaurant for about 4 years and this is the customer service I gave. I was impressed by her suggestions and the way my mom and I kept on getting convinced on adding more to our menu list even when we only came for 2 things, we ended up leaving with about 5 things.
