My original review was five stars but I've taken it down to two stars. In this past 2 months has been rough for this Jack in the box.
Last month of November my daughter bought a chicken sandwich that wasn't cooked all the way through she ate it and got sick.
Then at some point last month we got two breakfast jacks and all it had was egg.
Today I picked up food for someone and they wanted the new Jack ball with the mask that's why they were ordering a large combo this person has covid-19 and is in quarantine. She's a jack ball fanatic she collects all of them. I received the food didn't receive the jack ball I asked her where it was she said they didn't mark it down which means I literally just bought a large combo for nothing.
Already disappointed leaving with the order I had ordered a milkshake and then of course there's no straw and no napkins. Those two small details the ball and the straw really made me rethink my experience as lately with this Jack.
I took the milkshake to the lady with the covid she asked me for the straw of course you can drink it without it would have been nice to have one. But she was all excited about this Jack ball she was going to get that she never got.
The sign outside says you can get a jack ball with any large combo purchase. I don't know why we have signs saying things that we don't go by.
I'm just waiting for one more time I go to that drive-thru and something else is wrong I'm not going back there again. We pay money to have stuff a certain way we pay money for things when we're told we can't have things that we paid for and when we don't get what we pay for we don't come back.
I understand that you're under a lot of stress right now with covid and with a lot of traffic. But this has been going on for 2 months already. There is a lack.
and if you think I don't know what Jack employees go through I do my daughters and manager at one Riverside. But she runs a tight ship. And she has only one employee working at the moment that's just the fry cook. She's taking all the orders and running the window on her own.
And this Jack on Broadway it has enough employees working to at least get some things right.
I won't be back for a while hopefully things will go back to the way they used to be. I'll try back again Someday.
