Food here seems to be made to order which I like. Everytime I get something here it tastes freshly made and piping hot just like Jack in the Box used to be back in the 80's. So I don't mind the drive thru wait times.
The problem with this store seems to be some of the employees not having there s@#t together. I mainly frequent this location in the mornings before work. They have an advertised opening time of 0530. When you pull up to the drive thru they sometimes don't respond to you which is irritating when your there at 0545 or even 0600 and they tell you the store is not open yet. Then when you drive around to leave you can see the employees through the window some of them sitting around and some of them even enjoying a hearty breakfast. I've also gone there only to be told they are closed but they have 2 cars parked in the drive thru. I don't know if those are customers or friends of the employees.
If this is a franchise store or even corporate I recommend to the owner/store manager to maybe pay a surprise visit every now and then during opening just to see what's going on because your employees are leaving money on the table. Money that could have been in your pocket but lost sales due to incompetence or negligence.
Not all the employees are to blame but maybe the leadership during those hours is lacking.
Other than that food here is top notch for a Jack in the Box at least the times I have gone. I will upgrade my rating in the future if this location can open and be ready to serve food more consistently at the advertised...

My husband was asking for the manager’s name on the phone and she would not identify herself but keeps on asking how may I help you. Several times my husband ask until she finally identifies as Paola. We returned and went to the front counter with no one in the cashier and three employees sitting on the corner table. After couple of minutes standing unattended the three employees were dispersed and a guy approached us and we told him we are looking for Paola who happen to be one of the employees having conversation on the corner table. We introduced ourselves and told her that we just wanted to get the refund. She was so rude with no introduction and no sincerity in her words saying sorry. So I just told her in a nice way if she can please change her attitude and she said” I did apologize didn’t I” After looking at the review they really have bad customer service and with a manager that has a bad attitude. Read moreOn 9/30, I ordered through the drive-thru and found a broken thermometer at the bottom of my bag. After constant calling to both the restaurant and the corporate office, I finally was able to come to a resolution on 10/23 where the manager Veronica gave me single menu item vouchers. They were expired but the supervisor Eldridge promised me that they don't actually expire and that their employees would still honor them. I came today [10/31] to use them for lunch, but the cashier Susi said she'd never seen them before and went to ask who I am assuming was the manager on site. She came back acting very rude and returned them saying they won't accept them because they're expired, making sure to point it out to me to my face. The manager just chuckled and completely ignored the situation. When I told the cashier Susi that I will come back when the manager Veronica or the supervisor Eldridge were there, she smirked and told me to go for it.
