VERY, VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE given by cashier KARLA, I ordered rolled tacos with beans, cheese and sour cream and when I got to work there was guacamole (which I never eat, cause I don’t like) on my rolled tacos and no sour cream. I called and talked to Carina and she said come back the next day and she will correct and replace my order. I went back the next day on my lunch time and Karla was there and she argued that she did not mess up on my order and therefore would not replace my order as she continued to argue with customers all around us. I believe her friend was there and cussed me out and Karla just laughed behind the counter and told the girl “Thank You” I asked for the manager and she said he would be there at 3pm, so I went after work at 3:30 and of course Karla was at the order counter and so once again I asked for the manager and she said she don’t know when he will be there. I have been working down the street for 12 years and going to Panchos (before known as Los Panchos) but after her RUDENESS I will NEVER go to Panchos again and I will tell all my family, friends, and co-workers and I hope when you read this that you will not support such bad service and go to another taco shop too. I told Karla that by her being rude instead of just trying to correct the mistake, she lost the business of many customers over five dollar rolled tacos. I tried to make her understand it wasn’t about the money or the food, it’s about CUSTOMER SERVICE. I told her maybe she doesn’t care but I’m sure the manager will because it is people like Karla that give businesses a bad name, she should not be working with customers since she was more concerned about blaming fault on someone else instead of just correcting...
Read moreI pass this place when I frequent the 7-eleven and always thought I should try it since I love tacos. After all the taco shops closer to me closed for the night, this one was the only shop nearby that was open so I finally decided to try it. I was planning on getting just a mini chicken and asada taco, but to my disappointment that was not an option. Midway through my order I was informed by the cashier that the order had to be in 3's and of the same kind of meat. So I placed an order of 3 mini carne asada tacos which had the price of $7.29 on the menu. I was stunned to hear the price went up to $8.74. I paid the amount and discovered that an extra 75 cents was added for a "carne asada fee/tax" when I reviewed the receipt. Including tax, that brought the price up to around an outrageous $3 per taco. I wish I was informed of this fee via a sign at the cashier or the cashier simply notifying me once I placed the order. Anyway, I had already made up my mind to not return unless it was my very last option. The food was decent but not worth the hiked up price. I've definitely...
Read moreThis location sucks. Walked in said hello &stood aside while my mom ordered. She recieved her cocktail (she was starving) &about 10min later she asked if mine was on its way...they never put in the order correctly and my mom said 2 cocktails twice but had only been charged for 1. They brought mine out& we had to fix our cocktails due to having no flavor(shrimp boiled water flavor). The shrimp was tender like it was undercooked or old. I asked my mom after about 3-4 shrimps & she agreed there was something off. I got up to explain that the cocktail didn't taste right &I took the hint when they accused me of being hungover & they were trying to convince my mom that i was a liar. I did not pay for my cocktail that I did not eat and didn't let my mom pay either cos they were trying to get us to pay for rotten sea water and bad service 😆 I gave the cashier the same attitude they provided me with... great customer service👏Retrain...
