The food is great, wholesome sandwiches that will fill you up for moderate pricing. The smoothies are also equally good. You can get a nice deal on both if you go at their lunch special hours from 11-2pm. That being said, im rating this place 3 stars rather than 4 or 5 stars because of different issues mostly minor gripes but one big consistent problem. First the minors: the interior is very bland and unwelcoming, the tables and chairs are uncomfortable and generic, the bathroom looks like you'd go to it at a gas station in the middle of nowhere, and the service is lackluster. I would forgive these issues if it wasnt for this one thing that seems to always happen to me. I know, the suspense is killing you right now right, what could it be? Well its this, if you order big or happen to go while there are at least 2 or more people in the store then your order is very likely to be messed up or forgotten, ive had multiple times where they forgot my avocado that i generously pay for or the peanut butter in my drink or get my orders completely wrong and to only be helped about 15 minutes after. This place seems to always mess up orders or mix orders. Besides the inconsistency within the orders, the food is good, but i question why bother sometimes due to this , because, as you can imagine if you go often enough you'd get tired of not getting what you pay for. 3...

My daughter and tries calling the store at 5:30pm and the phone was disconnected so we left our house, rushed over to get there before they closed. The online hours showed that they close at 6 PM. We were standing outside at 5:49.

The door was locked two staff members who look like two young high school ladies were giggling and said we’re closed. I reminded them that we still had 11 minutes left and they looked at me and said sorry we’re closed

It’s Saturday we drove over here arrived before the schedule closing time, and they were unwilling to help. They sat there, laughed, looked at each other and shrugged their shoulders.

This place has always hired high school kids who are unprofessional and incompetent . The açai bowls are overpriced. It’s best just to find another place unless you want to deal with...

This place used to be our favorite for smoothie and sandwiches. We’ve been customers for almost two years now. As of lately lots of high school kids are the employees. I took my daughter today after her doctors appointment to get her favorite smoothie and Turkey sandwich. Once we got home to eat well only my daughter ate her half. Tell me why one side only had cheese and the smallest little piece of Turkey not even covering a quarter of the Sandwich! I called to let them know and they said id have to go back immediately today if I wanted another Sandwich. I already got home after a long day of work and a sick child no one will want to drive all the way back. I asked if I can just go tomorrow and they said no.
