I visited Pho Convoy Noddle House on H Street on 3/29/25 for chicken soup. There is a sign that states "Wait to be seated". I did. The restaurant was half empty and the host took a while to seat me. While I was waiting to be seated, a young man came to the front counter to order food. I still was not seated by the host until the gentleman order was completed by the host. The host left to the back of the restaurant. A young man seated me. The host still disregarded me. A lady from the kitchen came to my table and took my order. During my meal, the host brought water to several different tables and she skipped me. The host did not ask me if I would like more water and host continued to ignore my presence. I finished my meal and went to the counter to pay. The host did not acknowledge my presence again. After waiting for several minutes at the counter to paid my bill the host finally gave me my invoice. I paid the invoice and told the host she was impolite and biased. The host laughed at me as I walked out the door. With this experience, I will never go back to the restaurant Pho Covery Noddle Restaurant at any location and tell my friends...

Came too this place for the last time tonight, my sister and I ordered 2 different pho bowls one was rare steal and the other veggie, after eating some of the food my sister noticed something black in her soup she looked at it closer and it was a fruit fly we called over our waiter to show him he them walked away and left the plate with the bug and called over the manager or possibly owner she was very upset more at us for letting them know then anything she found the bug and kept trying to push it under the noodles like she couldn't find as we keep pointing it out to her because it kept floating to the top, she was not happy after they walked away I looked at my soup and found anther one I showed it to the same waiter and he just had a look of confusion or guilt like he had seen this before the lady was so rude she wouldn't take the pho off the bill both of our soups had fruit flies never will we go here again not just because of the bug but how the situation was handled it wasn't our fault there was bugs it was the resturants employees and...

100% don’t recommend the Pho here. Maybe other dishes are great. I had the chicken pho and it was the worst I’ve had. The broth had no flavor, almost just like water, I had to add a lot of chili oil and hoisin sauce so did my husband on the #2 plate, see pic to make it taste like something. The chicken on the other hand was horrible, it had a really bad taste, maybe old chicken was used, so I only took one bite of it. When the waitress asked how everything was going I let her know the chicken in my plate was bad. She spoke to the manager or owner and so he walked over and said he cooks his chicken fresh every morning and told us how he used better chicken than other places, and so on. It was all nerve or fat ok. He didn’t apologize or offer something else but went on to say he can’t remove it from our tab because everything is so expensive. Same over here sir! And the customer deserves a decent dish that is edible. Won’t be...

I had brunch here with my friend the other day. I haven't been here in years. The menu seems to be the same, but the food does taste a little different from what I remember. The service was on point, and we stayed talking well past being done with our meal and the staff didn't make us feel rushed at all. I ordered: #25 the Skewered Satay Beef- the meatballs are not as firm as they were in the past, they completely fall apart when you cut them in half. But they were good. #14A House Special Satay Pho- this was so great, flavorful and really filling. I loved it. Thai Iced Tea to-go - very tasty, exactly what I was hoping for. Parking was easy, there are lots of spots. The vibe was casual.

Huge portions of pho! Doja cat was playing and other similar stuff. Would be nice if they played jazz or something that isn't an SDSU frat party. Average age of the people eating here is like mid 40s. They have chil/hot oil! Unfortunately it's kinda not that spicy. Neither is the chili 🌶️ paste. But their jalapenos are the spiciest I've ever had, one bite and me eyes teared up! Real hot and humid in here. No fans no AC. You'll definitely break a sweat. Huge boba list! The noodles were clumped together into one piece which is a pet peeve. Def will come back they have a huge menu and the other items look great especially the chicken curries and their rice dishes.
