Hi everybody. Re-Review. THE 5 BONE RIBS ARE NOW $40.99 FOR 5 RIBS. Just placed an order for 20 ribs with instructions not to burn them! **** Hi Everybody:) Long time occasional customer, first time review. 4/3/22 I gave my father in law an impromptu (well 1 week planned) 95th bday party. So, since Covid this is was the biggest event we pulled off, this time having pitched a tent for the outside and having propane heat for the cold wind. So in order to encourage ppl to come, we would highlight Lil Alex Beef Ribs in the menu invite 😍 and the crowd came... 65 beef rib bones later. So two "beefs" I will mention. The order was not kept in a place where the food would maintain its heat. Secondly, by the time everyone ate I finally had a moment for me to eat. My beef rib was dry and burnt and I was left with that lingering burnt taste. What a terrible impression I may have left behind. I hope no one else had that experience. So I gave it another try after the party so that this review was better. Yes, that rib redeemed this review. It was so delicious and juicy and an amazing BBQ flavor. The BBQ sauce is yummy! Finger smacking good! Yes, I still recommend it. BUT...Nobody should have to pay $36.99 plus tax for burnt BBQ ribs. Especially when u paid for a large order.

I followed my nose to this little place and so it smells so good that we decided to give it a try. The 1st thing we noticed is that it was a little pricey. I ended up ordering a Tri tip sandwich with a with a potato salad as aside. My friend ordered the Tri tip platter. I also got a side of onion rings. My Tri tip sandwich was really good it had a good sauce the meat was soft and the potato salad was was slightly different that I'm used to but I was quite pleased with it. The Onion rings were some of the best onion rings I've had in a very long time good flavor good batter for the rings and they gave some ranch which always compliments everything. My friends tried to platter the Tri tip was a large mound on the plate and It came with 3 garlic bread sticks and I believe aside aside and he got the macaroni and cheese But said it had almost no flavor. All in all the Tri tip was a nice smokey flavor at ever and if you like tried to like tried tip it's definitely a good place to get some Tri tip barbecue.

So , this is the second time I have been to this bbq place. The first time the lady didn’t even say hello but I thought that it was because she was busy. The food was good but it needed more bbq sauce. I decided to go back and give it a second chance and the same lady acted the same way as the first time. The only difference was that today the place was empty. The food took longer that the estimate time and when It was ready asked for more bbq sauce the guy said that he didn’t have more and that he had a big order. It really didn’t make any sense because how can they continue selling without bbq sauce. I even told him that I would pay extra for it. I’m definitely nit going back. As you can see it needed more bbq sauce and the sides look like small to me when I I payed for large sides.

Food quality: Average Service: Could not be worse.

Absolutely the worst service I have ever received at any restaurant in my 62 years.

On a Sunday. Only THREE tables occupied, including ours. There were EIGHT of us.

Food arrived sporadically. Our $35 full rack arrived, but we were never provided plates or silverware - in spite of asking multiple times. We finally cut open a few "to go" containers to use as plates and plastic forks to eat our now COLD $35 rack of ribs.

We ordered 2 large Onion Rings at $9 per order. The first arrived AFTER we had eaten the cold $35 rack of ribs. The second order arrived as we were leaving. We tried one, and they were soggy and awful. We left a full order of $9 onion rings on the table.

Service was HORRIBLE. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. They had two servers, one running food and the other on her phone texting or posting to Instagram. Who knows.

We liked this place because the food was almost as good as Phil's. Now.....NEVER AGAIN.

The food quality is NOT as good as Phil's, and if I'm going to spend $130, including $15 on a tip that was absolutely NOT deserved at all, I'll drive to Phil's where the food is served hot, and there is never an issue with service. This place WAS an alternative to Phil's. Now it's just horrible.

We will NEVER be back. Never. Not even for take out. I won't spend a dime here again, and recommend you go to...

I have been eyeing this place for months and I finally went in... and I wish I never did. Everything was just off. I order the simplest of things. Corn in the Cobb, "Fresh Veggies", Mac and Cheese, and the Santa Fe Tri tip First of all, I shouldve known something was off because they did not offer Brisket. Lets start with the Corn in the Cobb. It was steamed, without any seasonings, and no butter. NO BUTTER. Legit the simplest thing you can do is add butter. They didnt even grilled to give it a little char or smoke it to add smokey flavor 1/10. "Fresh Veggies", you mean the frozen veggies they sell in every grocery story Again, absolutely no seasoning, not even salt. Felt like they just put in the microwave to heat up and serve 1/10. Mac and cheese, the pasta was extremely overcooked and the cheese sauce was as bland as you can imagine 1/10. Where did the seasoning go in this place !! Now, what we came for, a good bbq meat. The Santa Fe Tri Tip. It was watery for some reason, unseasond unflavored meat, the sauce... definitely did not add anything to it. The BBQ tasted like Wendy's BBQ sauce. Overall, just extremely disappointing experience.

I hope this review helps some poor souls not to come this place and be scamed by this restaurant. It was so...
