Wanted to give this place a try, their building is in a corner were a turn has to be made so lots of traffic. They had a official drive through sign so even though I was getting pushed by traffic I was going in. They aperantly had a sign that is turned in a way that you can only see once you pass the exit they wanted you to use. So I was forced into the entrance that was the legit entrance. No way out unless I did a full turn and then did an u turn at the light and went into the second entrance. I noticed no one was coming in through the second entrance so I got in line.
The lady that was outside told me that I had to take the second entrance (no cars coming into the second entrance yet) I explained that their sigh was not visible and I got pushed in ( truck was just entering the second entrance still a ways from drive thru section) lady said I needed to get out of the line go out and go into the second entrance (truck was still far enough were I was able to back out and leave)
Food: they didn't seem to want to sell me food so I give it a 1 star cause it tasted like nothing
Service: lady was very hostile, didn't care that their sign placement had caused the issue. She seemed like not wanting to have anything to do with us. Maybe it's that I am mixed Japanese with Hispanic so my skin is brownish cause she just walked away didn't waited for the one behind me just went towards the front . The hostility makes me not want to go and will advice every co-worker and follower not to go, give it a 1 star
Atmosphere: though the place is in a nice neighborhood the access to it make it a bit of a pain to access. First it's close to the turn curve in a high traffic area so cars wanting to enter have seconds to make a turn into it, make it it hard to even see those hard to see sighs they put. Once you go in you are essentially trap unless you make a turn causing people pushed in like I did almost get stuck on front to front traffic. An example of this issue was that when I was leaving a car that tried to go in also with the same issue almost crashed into me catching the same sign I did too...
Read moreThis is the first location I’ve been to and have been a faithful customer for well over a year. Unlikely to return now… I ordered a Snickerdoodle latte (which tasted good per usual!) and chocolate chip banana bread loaf.
Firstly, when I pulled up the employee taking my order was distracted by his headset, in which I could hear, at near full volume, the employee inside complaining about a customer ahead of me. “Why the hell would (name) order 5 items?” He laughed at them and apologized to me. He kept asking me the same questions because he was so distracted by the headset conversation. He was nice though, I guess.
Got through pretty quickly as it wasn’t busy, as I began driving and bit into my loaf I realized there were nuts and they’d given me the wrong one. Not a big deal, so I circled around and went back.
The girl at the window apologizes saying they look so familiar and it happens all of the time, gives me a new loaf. Upon inspection I notice two weird yellow patches in the bread. I ask her what it is and she takes it back saying they didn’t mix the dough well but they get fresh batches daily. She returns with another loaf and says she’s checked it and I’m good but disappears before I can comment. This was so awkward and she seemed to want me out of their hair— I notice they included a cookie in the bag for I assume, the inconvenience.
As soon as I drive off, I take a bite and immediately spit the loaf out the window. It is so hard and inedible… certainly not like any other...
Read moreCustomer service in the drive through suck. A customer in a red truck was blocking the entrance to the drive through(There was no line behind him yet), and I went around to him to go through the other driveway to swing around into the drive through line, by then Mr Red truck had finally decided to turn into the drive through entrance. So I then decided to swing into the line behind (undecisiveness) red truck. The Employee outside looked at me and saw there was no line and that I was trying to get in behind the red truck. By this time a black truck had pulled into the drive through lane. The employee completely ignored what his observation was when he looked straight at me while there was no lined formed behind; at which point the employee through me out of the line for the other vehicles who came after the fact I drove into the line behind the red truck. This review has no bearing on my previous visit and experience with other employees. This only reflect the unkind and rude, and inconsiderate employee from this morning (4/23/2024 @ approximately 8:40 AM). Never will I go out of my way again for possibly running into the same...
