McDonald's — Restaurant in Chula Vista

I am an Uber eats driver.On 10/15/22 I had an order a little after 11:00pm I walked in not realizing that they closed the inside at 11:00 according to the head Chief at the time Cindy... I walked in at the time that I did assuming that I was ok because the door was open and I didn't get any indication from any staff that I wasn't able to come in , I was nicely greeted by staff and was able to get my pick-up order relayed to one of the McDonald's employees as she went to work on my pick-up order , but upon my wait I got the attention of a very aggressive woman who appeared from the backline (cooking line) that I could see while waiting from afar, she out of know where acknowledged me and then mumbled then proceeded to come up to the front line , I'm speaking in fastfood terms because I used to work fastfood so I understand the lingo . Anyway, She just came out shouting to me that they were closed and that I needed to leave, and quite frankly I thought she may have been like a special person or someone that had special needs because of how she came at me I thought that maybe she was just telling me something that maybe she wasn't certain about but thought she should relay to me because that's what she thought was the right thing to say. I'm saying this because literally before this encounter Literally everyone else in the store had seen me and had acknowledged that I was there not to mention that I had a Frontline worker working on my order. So as she stated her words And I looked at her confused and not replying politely thinking that she may be confused. Well..... After her rant she goes back to the backline for a good 3-5 min she decides to come back and take it up a notch and shout out perfusly that I need to leave and leave now . . ! I was Shocked because I didn't expect for her to be So rude! I literally told her That I have already been there for 10-15 min and was waiting on an Uber eats order that An employee was already working on . She proceeded to Shout and speak down to me and tell me that although I had already been there for the time being that I needed to leave and go through the drive thru... I told her that I was already being helped and that I wouldn't do such a thing and asked her for her Name and She Gladly Gave It With Much Confidence And Told Me To Go Ahead And Complain. Thank G as this was happening My McDonald's employee savior came to my rescue and completed my order and nicely handed it to me. Well to make a longer story Short! Here I Am Cindy! Your Welcome!. This place broken drive through screen really breaks the experience. first and more most.

on top of that the people who are operating it cannot take a order contantly asking sorry i cant hear you. it as if this place tech is broken. i simply asked for 2 sausage egg mcmuffin meals with small coffees. they couldn't get that right.... it turned into their 2 for 10 deal? plus a hash brown with 2 coffees. which isn't any cheaper since a sausage egg mcmuffin is already 5 dollars for a sandwich....

when i tried paying them with my card he assumed it was a tap card and didn't let the transaction occur when i stuck it into the reader. when i realized they got my order wrong they treated me as if i were stupid.

Got to the drive thru started to order and the girl on the speaker asked anything else? But in a such a rude tone. I asked for a meal that had nuggets I don’t know the menu since I don’t go that often. She’s like well we have a lot which one? She could have easily offered a meal that had what I needed instead of coming with that awful attitude. We receive our food. She dismisses us with “thank you” I was about to drive off until I notice the drinks or the sauce for the nuggets. I reminded her “sorry, my drinks” she got annoyed I asked her when she turned around for them and I asked her for sauce too and she gave me 4 but tossed them into my hand lol.
