If I could give 0 stars I would … no chicken fingers in the world are so good to make the wait worth while. It’s a regular weekday 05:00 p.m. and you stand in the drive thru for more than an hour ! This is no coincidence but pure intention and strategy; understaff your venue, make the waiting lines artificially long and people think “…oh this must be fantastic…” - trust me it’s not. Not sure what I should be more shocked about, the company running a business like this or the consumers who fall for it - obviously including me. The only thing is that I fell once for it and for sure won’t again. To summarize; you waste precious time of your life away sitting in a drive thru for overpriced, underseasoned, cold, soggy, … simply bad food. Don’t do this to yourself or as a matter of fact to your family.

The food was really good, I believe the Cane’s Sauce, bread and their lemonade really carry their meals. I ordered the box combo and switched out the coleslaw for another piece of bread. I also recommend buying an extra sauce, I don’t think one was enough. I believe they charge 23 extra cents for ordering lemonade. The wait inside the restaurant does take a while and the drive through even more. When I actually ordered, staff was friendly and fast to try to get line going by faster. There’s a big amount of staff which also helps make the food come out faster and keep up with the demand. I waited around 5-10 minutes for my food to actually be ready when ordering inside. Overall this was a great experience. I love the design and the amount of seating there is.

Pros: Drive thru on a weekend was short and quick. Cons: person at the drive thru taking my order clearly did not want to be there - no greeting and could barely hear them repeat my order back. I also ordered a caniac combo which should come w/ 6 fingers but only got 4 fingers. Also ordered a box combo and the portions they provided are laughable - just a pinch of fries? Also my Texas toast was only toasted on one side. Other canes locations are better with portions and actually giving you what you ordered. Maybe they think they can skimp out on food for drive thru orders because they are so quick to get you out.

It was a pretty interesting experience for me. Waiting for an appointment down the street, I walked to see what was near & saw a line longer than Chick Fil A & In n Out. I looked up the menu for this restaurant Raising Canes, that I’d seen before, but hadn’t yet tried. So I decided to go. After seeing that the line was even longer than I’d expected, there was a woman who worked there standing along the drive thru path & I asked if it was quicker to go inside. She said yes & especially if you have the app. I created an account & due to the extreme amount of business I had to set my time to go in & pick up my meal for 15 min. I waited in my vehicle while watching the drive thru line proceed & continue to fill even longer than when I arrived. I saw people coming in & out & thought that it must be chaos near, but I unexpectedly saw none. I went in at my time & seconds after I looked on the pick up shelf a professional employee, likely a manager, I wish I’d gotten his name, asked my name with a very friendly demeanor & got my drink & said my food would be ready in about 2 min. After returning from the fountain drinks with my other half of my sweet tea, my food was ready in the midst of the extremely packed yet organized restaurant & the same man smiled & gave salutations as I departed with my highly anticipated meal. I wasn’t disappointed. The food was actually pretty good. I purchased the box meal & ate it all feeling satisfied. My biggest surprise was all the order & organization that this establishment Raising Canes had over & with the massive amount of people. Hats off, 2 thumbs up, & outstanding marks go to the customer service & leadership of...

NEVER AGAIN! I was soo happy when I pulled in yesterday for dinner and there was no line but instead I left hungry and mad! When it came time to get my order they gave all the cars around me theirs and proceeds to ask me to pull up more (so the other cars behind me can pull out), pretty sure thats not how a drive thru is supposed to work. After 15 cars behind me pullout with their meals they come to ask me what was the name for the order and if I remember what I got. This was upsetting as I realized they had wasted time and this could have been done sooner and I asked for the manager. After 20 cars behind me pull out of the drive thru they ask me to pull into a parking spot as my order is being made fresh. Mind you I have spoken with the worker multiple times back and forth asking for the manager and just want a refund at this point for the horrible customer service. Ricc the manager onsite did not deliver any care for the issue and decided to bring me my meal after he knew I wanted a refund and tried to wave my food in my face almost forcing me to take it and leave. I let him know that I no longer trusted the food I was being served and still wanted a refund after all these unfortunate events. Not sure how Ricc became manager but he did not handle this respectively as he disregarded my request for a refund and he also could have gave us the food after seeing how upset I was due to the situation but said "Well you cant have the food" as we walked inside to the register for my refund. For that I will DEFINITELY not be supporting this restaurant further and will talk anyone around me out of spending their money here due to my...
