HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!! Where to begin on how horrible the customer service at this place is..... I decided to give The Canyon a chance because someone had recommended their wings. I was not in the mood for going out so decided I'd try calling the order in for pick up. It took 3 attempts for them to finally pick up their phone. No problem, it's a Saturday so I expect them to be busy, but the issue arose when I finally did get my order in and proceeded to pick it up.... I wasn't even able too! My boyfriend went in and asked 3 different employees to check on our order and each of them proceeded to act like he wasn't even there. After telling him they would, they simply went back to making drinks even going so far as to just staring at him during the process like it was his fault for bugging them for being a paying customer. After waiting over 15 minutes with not one of the employees checking on our order he then pulled a manager aside to see what the problem was. And just like everyone else, what did she do... nothing. Just looked back at him in disbelief like it was our fault for being slightly upset that we were now going on waiting over 30+ mins for a simple order. Not only that but the place it absolutely disgusting: dirty, crowded and smells like a straight up ash tray! We both walked out smelling like chain smokers and neither of us smoke. Would have been two stars if I didn't like the wings. I don't know, maybe it was the fact that it's a sports pub and grill, or maybe it's the fact that we did not order any alcohol but our there was subpar at best. First of all we ordered our food and they brought out our salad which we ordered half a salad. And then they brought out our wings, they must have forgot to toss them in the sauce because when they came out some of them did not have sauce on them so I assume that they just poured the sauce over the wings so what I had to do was close the lid and shake them myself. Later on the server came back with the check and I noticed that the tater tots i ordered was on the bill. I pointed it out and he had it removed because I never received it. Then they charge full price for half the salad. I told the server that if he would just bring me the other half we will be okay so he left came back with a to go size box half the size of the half salad we received in the first place. I was very frustrated and upset but I paid my bill and left. I don't know what happened to customer service these days or people taking pride in their work are enjoying what they do but after today's service it was evident that it's not at this location. I hope the management takes action to correct this. I know they're known for their wings that's why I went there in the first place but that's no excuse for Subpar service. It's a pretty unpretentious hangout right by the I-805 in Chula. Not big, only one pool table (though a nice one), but the drinks are decently priced and poured to the top. I don't really need much else. They also serve food, but I didn't have any this time around. The bartender was quick and courteous, the bouncer pretty cool and he complimented my friend's music selections.

I remember at least five screens playing everything from football highlights to Hell's Kitchen. There's a jukebox which will take cash or connect to your phone through an app. A couple of games, including one that measures how hard you can punch.

The place is clean, including the restrooms. The decor is mostly beer signs, fight posters, and beer taps. I came here with a friend at about 11 and didn't leave until last call. It was a little crowded the whole time, but the mood was good. Will have to check...
