The donuts are really good. I'm not a big donut person, but my husband is. He LOVES their vanilla cake donuts with vanilla and cinnamon crumbs. They don't make them anymore come to find out, you have to special order them. I was just told when I called to ask if I could please take back 6 of the dozen I just got 30 min prior , because they were pumpkin spice with vanilla and cinnamon crumbs. The girl couldn't help and said no I can't go back to return them. I only asked bc they have no signs for what their donut flavors are. You have to assume or ask them, and yes we assumed it was the vanilla cake one, because it looks JUST LIKE IT. So keep in mind, ask before you think it's one flavor and it turns out to be another. She said they have a poster outside that says pumpkin, so i should have known. But is that really your menu for all the donuts you carry?? And she also said they never made vanilla cake ones with vanilla and cinnamon crumbs, which isn't true, we used to go alot to get just those. Donuts are cheap to make, I would think they could afford to exchange my 6 out of the 12 as a kind gesture :/ oh well. $17.99 for a dozen btw. And when we've gone after 3pm, it's a pretty empty case, not...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreWe came in on a Saturday morning and just like some of the other reviews said, there was no donuts. They had maybe 4 different selections (one being plain) and so I looked into getting some donut holes but because there was a line ahead of me, by the time I got there to order... the man ahead took all the donut holes. I came in with my family and someone suggested we just go somewhere else but we had already waited a while for our turn to order. We also ordered a cheese danish not once but three times and when we went to the register we realized we didnāt see the guy put it in a bag so we asked if he had gotten the cheese danish. He looked at us like we had 3 heads. Asked us what we were talking about and we repeated cheese danish. He couldnāt for the life of him figure out what we were talking about. Apparently he calls them a āfilled crossiantā.... either way, you canāt figure out what a cheese danish is... come on. Save yourselves the disappointment and go to Kristyn Kreme or Crispys Donuts because they both have a ton of donuts and you wonāt pay $9 for a box of...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI haven't been in a doughnut shop for years. However I know a good fresh doughnut! So today 10-1-2024, My husband and I happen to drive by and stop in. I can ASSURE you these doughnuts are FIRE!!!! I can't begin to tell you how fresh, and soft they were. The customer service behind the counter and at register was IMPECCABLE and just absolutely joyousšÆ. We live in El cajon and I would hands down drive to this location just for the customer service and the freshness of the doughnuts. I ate the Cherry filled with white iceing and it taste like fresh Cherry pie. The only thing I am afraid of, is eating the whole box.. and thats no joke. TY Yum-Yum for keeping good doughnuts ALIVE and keeping it old school on the customer service šÆ, I did not get the two gentlemen's names but you to are breaking stuff up in therešŖšÆš„°š„°š„°š„°. I had to edit because I just ate my chocolate frosted Crueler and I can't even describe how AMAZING it was. I'll be back for...
