Today was my last straw. I am new to the area and I have been here before like maybe a month and a half ago and I bought the 2 packages that they have of Barbacova which comes with salsas and they only put for one and not the other, I called told them they told me, I could go back but I wasn’t gonna go back and leave my Sunday family eating breakfast, and today I decided to give this place one more chance and I hope hire management is reading my review, I ordered three tacos and one tea. I am NOT going to sit there in the drive-threw and go through each and everyone of them, I just got out of the hospital and I needed to eat something to drink my medication. I got home and one of my tacos had alot of cheese!! I called and spoke with manager Alma she said over the phone let me check with the cook?? And you can hear her asking him in Spanish if he put chesse and she came back to the phone and said the cook said he didn’t put chesse, is that calling a customer a Lier!! It don’t matter what company policy it is, you do not say that over the phone to a customer. If the customer is calling you complaining then that’s what it is. I understand that I had to take the taco back but calling me a Lier!! And taking the word of your cook is very unprofessional!! 😡😡 I don’t want anything for free, I wanted what I ORDERED NOT WHAT THE COOK WANTED!! I told the manager that I would go back later because I didn’t feel good but I decided to take it back while it was still warm, I walked in there and told the manager in front of the cook that I wasn’t a Lier and that he was!! Iam the customer not him to put whatever in my taco!! They corrected the situation but having to go back and called a Lier I WONT BE GOING BACK!! No wonder this place is always dead!! I posted a picture of the other Taco that I got and it was so dried like if it’s been sitting there since early morning, this is not a chicharrón in salsa it’s dried salsa more like it 😡😡😡 horrible experience for being new to the area… will not...
Read morePopped in for a mid-afternoon meal after finding a place down the street closed at 3 PM. Good thing too. Nachos and salsa were fairly standard, and good, as were the cheese enchiladas. The beef, chicken, and shrimp fajitas came in a very generous 1/2 pound that I could almost bet was close to a pound! It came in a sizzling skillet with deliciously sautéed onions and green peppers. The only downside was that the flour tortillas were a little on the thick side. Normally I’d like that but for fajitas it took quite a bit of contents to make the tortilla shell not dominate. Fortunately, with the generous helping of fajitas that was more than doable!
As pointed out elsewhere this Jalisco’s isn’t to be confused with the other one nearby on 3009 (Roy Richards). They are not...
Read moreI went through the drive thru this morning. I had ordered one taco but there was a miscommunication and the lady thought I ordered 8. She had already ran my card so when she handed me the cash difference, she had an attitude. I then asked for a hot sauce and she rolled her eyes at me. I told her that she didn't have to be rude to me. She said , "this is the second time there has been an issue with you in the drive thru but that's fine." She then slammed the window shut. I have never had an issue with any of my orders until today so I have no idea what she is talking about . I eat here almost every day because it's on the way to work and they are usually super quick. I will take my business else where from now on. I don't deserve to be treated this way over a...
