These chairs are terrible. Seeing them in the often dim showroom as "singles" samples of chair models was not effective in the outcome; of hating these chairs once delivered.

They sold us on "Top Quality Leather", but when we received them, they were about 40% leather and 60 vinyl - extremely deceptive, fraud. When calling in dismay, the rep said matter of factly, dismissively, "of course they're mostly vinyl, everyone knows that."

"Not when the rep is showing me leather swatches and I'm paying a premium by selecting 'Top Quality Leather' options. My last chairs (Natuzzi) were 100% top grain leather."

"Well everyone knows they're mostly vinyl."

"How would they know that?" I read her the description of the 7000 series Top Quality Leather from their website, no mention of vinyl. I sent in an email complaint the next day with the same material quoted from their website. No response.

The leather quality "Top Quality" was far below the grain'ed leather in our previous set that actually looked worthy of being in our Living Room / Home Theater. The vinyl portions of the supposedly "Top Quality Leather" series we purchased, are any part of the chair that doesn't touch your body, and looked extremely poor. Given that these chairs are in the middle of an open concept set of rooms in our home, you could see the shiny wrinkling material around the corners of the vinyl portions of the chairs across rooms from every viewing angle, screaming out, "this isn't leather."

When arriving in a set of 4, they look "overstuffed and puffy" than we recalled them being as a single chair in a dim showroom. They are hideous. Supposedly "Top Quality Leather."

We are taking our set of 4 new (over $4K) hideous vinyl and leather chairs and putting two of them in a family room, and two in the barn to store or dispose of, and having to go out and shop for "real quality" chairs all over again and unbudgeted - this time from a reputable source that actually delivers quality leather chairs, that are actually leather chairs. These are garbage, misrepresented as "Leather Chairs" (only 40% leather), that creak, snap, and pop when you recline or sit up, do not physically connect together (all free floating), and look absolutely like something bought from a value budget...

I ordered two individual Rockford Home Theater Seats in the 5000 brown leather. I got a call that the 5000 brown leather wasn't available, was offered the 7000 brown leather as an option. Glad I went with it. These two theater seat recliners are the most comfortable chairs I've ever sat in. Despite the three winter snow storms in the last week the chairs arrived 7 days after I placed the order. The back was easy to attach. The lumbar support hits my lower back perfectly. The adjustable headrest is very comfortable and raises my head enough to view the TV when fully reclined. The power recline runs smoothly and let's you stop anywhere in the cycle. I'll probably rarely turn on the blue LED lights despite the fact they are just plain fun. I really like the USB port. My Samsung tablet had no problem with the power provided. It is my test device to see how good a charger really is. Now I have a use for all those one foot cords that seems to come with every device. The storeage area under both the arm rests are deep and spacious. I've got my remotes controls and my Chromebox Bluetooth full sized keyboard in one. There's room to spare. The other arm rest storeage is empty, but will hold the tray table when not in use. I'm extremely pleased with the quality of the leather stitching. I checked all of the stitching on the chairs before I put them together. Sometimes leather stitching will be loose in at least one area, in this case there were no loose stitched areas on either chair. Seatcraft definitely has earned their reputation...

Ordering the chairs was a great experience. The sales guy was helpful and got us exactly what we wanted. Following that, We didn't hear from them for a month, which was longer than the delivery we were advised. Wrote an email asking about either delivery or refund, was provided info for refund bc they're on backorder. When a delivery date was scheduled a month later they called and cancelled two days prior. When the rescheduled delivery date came around (window: 11-3) they got here at four with no notice, were incredibly slow, banged up the walls and had no idea how to put the chairs together. Great chairs- everything else was just a total PITA. I wouldn't be comfortable recommending...
