Baskin-Robbins — Restaurant in Cicero

Coffee and donuts have always been among the freshest at this location becuase of its prime location in a high volume intersection of Cicero Township, just outside Chicago.

The staff at night is friendly and is mainly compromised of high school and college age students whose playful banter make me chuckle at times.

Wi-Fi connectivity is among the best which is why I often visit to wrap up the day's notes while charging my devices.

I left one star off because often times I find that there isn't someone here whose experienced and trained to police the dining room when it comes to solicitors, aggressive panhandlers and the like. Personally, I don't mind if someome occupies an empty table because they don't have anywhere else to go in these frigid temperatures. I do feel compassion and have helped some in thd past. But the outliers who harass paying guests for their change should be asked to leave and the police or some type of medical attention may need to be sought for the guest whom is gurgling in his own intoxication with soiled clothing in the dining room.

There is nothing to see here four out of five times I visit, but tonight is especially challenging to focus on my writing.

All in all, the place is great and the staff are all delightful. Just someone with a bit more experience needs to manage the extremely problematic individual for those guests looking to spend some significant time here talking with others and/or gettimg some work done.

I do intend to inform management of my concern for the drunk fellow across from me and am prepared to edit this review if his well-being is looked into. Otherwise, it will be a good training moment for me to help this young team handle these sorts...

The location is Central to a Main Street and the CTA orange Line Cicero station is right here, and there is free open parking in a big strip mall and the store has ice cream both dine in and dine out containers as well as cake and the donuts and coffee and drinks and smoothies. Do you have a lot of variety here and the staff are friendly and nice and they do have free bathrooms. I don’t know why people are so mean and write such terrible news. I appreciate that when I want to eat ice cream and I have a choice of favors and I don’t wanna eat it at home This is a great place to come and sit down and have some fun with your family or friends or go by yourself. Remember that people in the service interest you work very hard and please be kind to them. Yes the neighborhood is not the Gold Coast but most people are hard working and pay their bills and want a nice time having ice cream and a shake and coffee and donuts. So don’t mind the area… it’s just life and community. The staff helping me was a nice young teen and he was sweet and kind so I tipped him but the tips all go into a jar...

It seems that almost every Dunkin donuts/Baskin Robbins in Chicago and surrounding areas has something wrong. This store was very clean and the employees were presentable and friendly.
