White Castle — Restaurant in Cicero

It's a White Castle. The food is fine. But THIS location in particular is godawful. It is one of the only places available in my area late at night. Both my roommate and I are forced to order food from here through Uber Eats or Doordash. And — not once — not twice — but EVERY SINGLE TIME, something has been missing from our orders without explanation. This is no fault of the drivers, no fault of Uber or Doordash, but simply THIS LOCATION. In particular I've had our orders come without drinks more often than any other item. Thankfully I've been refunded through these third party apps each time. But there is no excuse for this to become such a regular thing. I can't imagine what everyone else that orders from here deals with. They SERIOUSLY need to get it together. I would get into how horrifically slow they are too, but I think the other reviews speak...

Stopped in, I was traveling from the south side to the north side Walked in and looked at the employees talking to each other and ignored me for a whole 15 minutes. I was standing, and thank God I they did They all had gloves on but were touching everything with them on and then preparing the food Sweeping the floor and preparing food with the same gloves Wiping the counters and preparing the food with the same gloves Fixing their hair, wiping their shoes, and with the same gloves preparing your food I turned and walked right out Whatever happened to a good, clean environment to eat at the youth socks and don't care why put glove on if you never take them off and you touch everything with them on I would never ever stop to eat and recommend this place to anybody to stop unless you want food poisoning or...

TLDR all teens hired, 15m-20m avg wait time

This place hired ALL teenagers so when you walk in they're going to be laughing and joking with each other for the next 30 mins before acknowledging you waiting to order.

Waiting at the window will take you an average of 15 mins per customer by then most people will leave out of the drive through line without paying

Ordered a Case and it literally took them an hour and had me waiting in the wait spot for 40m. The last 20m of that hour I walked inside stood in line to ask for how much longer it'll be, but after all their laughing and giggling about their weekend and crushes one of them says "hey who does this case go to?" And another replies, "drive in order I think"

Stay away until they reset the staff...
