Chipotle Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Cicero

First time here & Im very upset . I’m staring my Keto diet so I did some research about what to eat on a Sunday ( I don’t cook sundays ). So I was supper excited when I found out chipotle is Keto, so I got a chipotle near by home . I stop by , like I said I never entry to a chipotle before . So I walked in I guess everyone assumed I know the menu :( so I stood for around 3 minute . ( no guess behind me I was alone ) . 5 guys in front & a cashier (female ) no gretting :( I was thinking on my mind hello can you please help me with you Keto menu . But nobody took the time to ask me how can I help you ? Or hi o even smile . So I said salad !! I ask for 2 taster , chicken & steak . I choose. Chicken ! Salsa , sour cream, cheese & guacamole ( good fat at Keto diet ). But they almost run out of guacamole , actually the guy yelled guac!! & he trow a spoon of guacamole He didn’t add all the guacamole on my salad cause the side get stick on the spoon . I ask him can you add a lil more :) , he did the same operation . It was nothing left on the container so bianca the cashier said extra ?? And I stood to pay she said 12.13 !!! I was for what ? 4 .10 dollar por guacamole !! I was he didn’t add the full spoon at is my first time here ! She point a sign . I not even see it ? Cause I was shock on the bad service , rudely , dirty place . So I said to her I will never ask for extra here . I walked away I need a fork . So I when to the Beverange place . Nooooo forks nooo napkins only knives . 5 round empty containers .& the area was sticky . So I have to ask her for a fork . She said no more there ? I reply No miss !! That why I’m asking you . I got chipotle today with my friend from out of town. We were excited for our chipotle but had a poor, confusing experience. Immediately when our service provider asked for our order she told us there was no steak left. I’ve seen chipotles run out of steak before so I didn’t think much of it. However, when asking for her to list the meat options available she pointed to the steak and said there’s enough for one more person. There was a good amount of steak in there too, more than I’ve seen chipotle give to one customer. So after the worker said that there was enough steak for one more person I asked if I could have it and she shook her head and told me no. Confused, I just ordered chicken instead even though I much prefer the steak. The aggravating part of my experience is the customer directly behind me got the steak. This left me confused because the worker didn’t allow me to have the steak in a burrito bowl yet gave it to a person behind me who also ordered a burrito bowl. Why was I so easily declined the steak yet the person behind me got it without a question? I have reason to believe the woman who was serving me may have done this on purpose because she may have known the customer behind me and the server decided she’d rather have her friend have the steak versus me who got there first. This is highly unprofessional and unfair. My server was an older woman who wore pink glasses and had light hair. I hope this injustice is...

Been going to this chipotle location for years and for the most part it’s fine on most days but there are a few things to be aware of, #1: No mattrer what time of day it always seems to be so dirty with trash everywhere inside the dining area. No employees ever seem to clean up. Definitely dont reccomend eating inside. #2: Becareful when placing online orders for pickup as they will leave the orders on the pick up shelf unattended ready for anyone to grab and steal them. I can’t tell you how many times i’ve seen homeless and teens stealing food from the pickup shelves and then seeing employees giving attitude to those who placed the order once they find it’s not there. Theres a reason why the emails have a code for order pickup and details but this location doesn’t seem to utilize that at all and it’s really unfortunate because the surrounding area isn’t too safe either and you don’t want to hang around very long during later hours, Most days I just want to place an order and pickup and go but it’s just not a safe...
