Me n my friend went to the one on Cicero.. N we ordered wings,loaded tater tots that was missing cheese had more sour cream than anything,n medium shrimps,etc..So we sitting at table waiting on our food..So as we sitting there.. The cashier calls our #....so b4 u sat dwn..we noticed that one of the waitress/server brought one table they food.. but when our food was ready.. they made us come n get our food from the counter.so we like y we had to get up n get our food.. when the table across from us..food was prepared while we were still sitting there eating they didn't have no more food that we did..They (waitress/server) brought them they food.. So I addressed it to the manager there.. N his respond was.. If they busy..u have to come up to get ur food...Remind you the time we was therethere yesterday evening around like 6-7pm. It wasn't crowded .. three girls were up there talking among each other..so we still sitting there eating our food..we noticed everybody that came to dine-in.. they food was brought to them.. N again this place was not busy at all..So me n my friend felt some type of way.. because y we had to come get our food.. But everybody else's was brought to them..🤔🤔..I really didn't appreciate that.. Made us feel like something.. N we spent like $50 in there yesterday.. They place is to expensive n they sell everything by them self.. Like ranch sauce,celery..I think if u spending that much money in there. Y u can't get sauce free,n celery free..n whomever cutting they celery or veggies.. needs to go back to cutting school.. Cuz those celery sticks was so thick ..I could've cut them myself over again n made like 3-4 more celery sticks outta one.. But we had 6 pieces that I couldn't probably made 12 pieces outta of it.. but management👎👎. N bad customer service, n prices are ridiculous high..I will not b back no time soon.. Unless they run a sale on wings or something that's half off or a happy...
Read moreI think my overall experience would have been a 5 star had it not been for the bad customer service received over the phone by the manager Cynthia. I went to the restaurant on my lunch time not knowing it was order anything you like for free. I placed an order for wings and mozzarella cheese sticks. I get back to work just to find out no mozzarella sticks were not in my order. I then called the restaurant to inform them and I speak to the manager, who by the way was very rude. I informed her of what happen and her answer was that they were having issues making the cheese sticks but they were working on it. I then asked if I can come later to pick them up after work and manager answered that if it was before 2pm then I could. I said well I cant before that time and rudely she told me that the food was free from a certain time and that I should expect for things to go bad on a day when they are giving food for free from a certain time. I work in retail and believe me even when we give things away for free we don't treat our customers that rude. Over all the food service was fast and everybody else was friendly. Perhaps they should give proper training to the manager when assisting customer complaints...
Read moreI placed an order for delivery around 6:30pm and later got a message from DoorDash that my order was canceled and to contact the restaurant. So I called hoots and was told by a young lady that they would help place the order again. From there I was placed on hold several times, at first they would answer and I’d say I was on hold, but then they just kept putting me on hold without saying anything, so I couldn’t even request an update or a refund. After being on hold for 19 MINUTES, someone picked up and I immediately asked to please not be placed on hold - to please just transfer me to their manager, which to my surprise she said she was the manager. I tried to explain that I was placed on hold with no updates but she was not very sympathetic and said I’d be given a refund and could replace my order after, if I wanted… didn’t even get her name.
I have ordered from this location several times and have had mixed experiences each time, good and bad, but this was the final straw. Never again will I, or my family give this place business. I hope they work on their customer service skills so to not waste future...
