Chely's Pizza — Restaurant in Cicero

We placed an order for a Jumbo pizza and a Parmasian chicken sandwich. However, the order got here they had sent basically a chicken burger. I called and the girl that answered said what does a parmasian have. I had to explain to her. Her response to me was Maybe the cooks don't know what a chicken parmasian is. We'll my opinion is, if you work somewhere we're they offer a specific thing and your the cook you should know how to make it. We'll they told me they were sending the driver to bring the correct item. It was super dark from the top of the bun and the bottom of the chicken. Pictures say it all. I took that sandwich right back. It also did not smell so great.

All I have to say is that we had been ordering from there for about 20yrs. And now it has gone down in service from the cooks to the customer service. Last time the girl left my son on hold for over 30minutes. We got to the store and he was still on hold. She came from the back laughing. We literally were on hold all the way from the 55 and harlem until we got to their store. It...

INSANE. I placed an order of six slices. On 11/15/23 at 3:30pm the pizza arrived at 4:40pm. All the slices arrived in a pizza box. Super cold! I called to make a complain to either get my money back or get a new order of slices. A nice girl answered the phone and I explained my complain. She passed the phone to a Mexican who couldn’t speak English. And never in my life have I got disrespected by anyone in a Service industry. The Mexican guy told me if I had an issue to simply not order from there anymore. He also told me at the pizza was old setting for a while. Also said to order something else next time. Worst pizza i ever had i ordered it and the box had some type of bunched up hair under the cyrcle grossed me out the cooks dont understand what cross cantamination is as they cook all the food without gloves or washing the hands ive had slices also to give them another chance and it was old ive had pizza at the laramie location and its way better maybe the staff needs to be trained at this location also have ordered burgers from here and the are ok.
