6/6/19 * Okay, done with it once and for all. Cold fries. Burger patty halfway off the bun unadjustable because bun was welded to the cheese. Apparent manager in an untucked wrinkled button down shirt looking totally unprofessional. Ice cream machine broken down. That's not all that's broken down there. Enough is too much.
4/25/19 update *
Credit where credit is due. Last two trips were much better other than lukewarm fries. Service was promot, friendly and accurate, a real pleasure. Franchise owner should put the automated order kiosk out back in the weather, though.
Hoping for the best. In two visits one was fine. decent service, hot food, order correct. But last visit was a redux of the 2/15 experience. Cold food, employees on phones indifferent to customers, condiments empty, wastebaskets so full I had to leave my tray with trash on top the shelf. Corporate needs to crack the whip.
2/15/18 update of sadness * Wow. What happened? My wife and I stopped in on Ash Wednesday for a Fish Filet meal. My wife ordered a medium meal was given a small cup. Both front trash bins were full. The sweet tea container was empty and no tea had been brewed to replace it. Fries were overdone. My sandwich was half off the bun and couldn't be relocated without tearing the bun as it had fused to the cheese. Most of the tartar sauce was off to one side of the sandwich and on the box interior (dipping sauce, anyone?). Most of the staff was milling about the counter area not looking especially busy, playing to unfortunate millennial stereotypes and not especially friendly or attentive to customers. No one identifiable as a manager or even adult leadership appeared anywhere in view. This is a disappointing radical change from what was a model McDonald's not so long ago.

Finest McDondalds in all the land. Well, perhaps a bit of hyperbole there but this is a very good, very fast, very clean McDonalds and if you have your pick of the McD in Noblesville or Tipton, GO HERE! Noblesville and Tipton are both service, accuracy and quality train wrecks. I've seen the Cicero store owner working side by side with her people and their young folks and assistant manager are service oriented on steroids--seriously. Only complaint: They overcook the...
Read moreEdit : it’s been about a year and a half since I’ve eaten here because it’s so bad and it’s crazy to think it’s actually gotten worse. One star is to much for this location. I’m done with this place. Food is gross, dining room is disgusting and the floors are soooo greasy I just about slipped and fell and the employees are pathetic. I don’t know who owns this place but they should sell it. They have no business owning a restaurant. I’m just all around grossed out by this location, someone will eventually get sick and die from this place. Sooo disgusting!
I’m just taking a wild guess in assuming that the husband and wife couple who used to own this place no longer own it. It used to be one of thee finest McDonald’s around, now it’s just as bad as the ones in the worst neighborhoods in any major city. While eating (stale old fries, a super dried out bun and a burger so cold it didn’t even melt the cheese) there today there was a young female employee in the dining area just going on about smoking weed and using profanity like I haven’t heard since my days in the Navy, all while very young children present. The dining room is always, and I mean always, filthy. It’s even worse in the kitchen area. So much so that I’m nervous to even eat there anymore, yeah it’s that dirty. I don’t know who own or even manages this place but they are really bad at...
Read moreAbsolutely ridiculous what has happened to this place. The last two times I have had to pull forward in the Drive-Thru to wait for food and sit for 20 minutes or lomger, I said nothing. I can't keep quiet anymore. I ordered a number 5 with a Sprite. Paid for the number 5 and pulled forward. Was told by the window attendant that the chicken they pulled out of the "cabinet" was unserveable, and that I needed to pull forward and wait 5 minutes while they prepared a new sandwich. I pulled forward. 2 minutes later three employees walked out the door. 5 minutes passed then 10 and 15. After 22 minutes I got out of my car and tried to go in to request a refund and the doors were locked. I went back to my car and called the restaurant. I asked them if I could please come in for a refund and they told me no. I asked them how much longer it would be for our food, and she said they had just taken it out but that they only had three people working. They had six when I had placed my order. McDonald's, if you can't run a drive-thru after your doors close at 10 p.m. you need to shut down the drive through as well. Two other cars that were behind me that had paid drove off without their food out of frustration. How bad does it have to get before someone...
