Rally's — Restaurant in Cicero

Things have gotten better at this Rallys but still less than desirable. The food is good but there seems to be less a dedicated staff and just the Gas station personnel handling things so they don't know the system as well

They don't seem to be set-up well for using the checkers/Rallys app as it's hard to get them to use coupons at times.

I will mark a highlight the milk shakes are great, they aren't like these amazingly unique things but they hit the spot for that milk shake urge unlike many other places.

I'll give 4 stars and hopefully they take the chance to remodel to a dedicated checkers/rallys.

I'll never come here again! I used to love coming here for a chocolate swirl ice cream cone and a ralleys burger for under 5$. But then they got rid of it, although it was a still on the menu. Although strawberry swirl was good too, one day I wanted chocolate. So I requested something else on the menu, to which I was informed they didn't have. So I requested something else on the menu. To which they also didn't have, all things on the menu. After I was told the third item I asked for they didn't have I just ordered a milkshake. I did not appreciate the cashier's sarcastic rude attitude, and the fact that nothing at menu they actually have....

This place is beyond amazing. Words cannot describe how good Rallys is. I cannot believe there is not one of these on every single street corner. Hands down the best fast food restaurant and this particular one is great always friendly staff and the absolute best prices. If you're passing by or see one you must stop. Their chili dogs are by far the best chili dogs are going to get anywhere and their prices are always family friendly. They also have the strawberry swirl ice cream and a killer 2 sandwich a drink and Fry deal for $3.50. No one is beating Rally's. I drive 20 minutes 3 or 4 times a week to eat...
