White Castle — Restaurant in Cincinnati

Well they were out out of onions for the one special burgers wit lettuce and tomatoes and grilled onions. Also the meat is bigger... I actually likes this burger the first time I had it. But even tho I do I feel like they should have a deal cause almost 5.00 for them I'd too much so I only get it once and a while. Like I think if u buy 2 of them u should get them at like 2 for 350 NO MORE than 3.60 and that's after tax. Look I get it the food costs went up of everything and all that but you got to think you guys are bigger worse smaller and you're supposed to be looking out for the community and the people you serve and although people love White Castles your prices have gotten way too high. This particular location the customer service was awesome she was friendly they were nice and intent of and they fixed the problem as much as I could but they were out of onions and then I drove off it took a bite of my sandwich and the burger wasn't done all the way. And when I went back to get it fixed they didn't offer me a drink a fry or anything for my inconvenience for having to turn around and come back and for taking a bite of it. Now please don't take this White Castle away from this location but you will definitely need to upgrade it definitely and a deep sidewalk cleaning. But u have great staff here. And the one who gave me my food bac was not the one who I interacted with it was a young female and I was there Thursday around between 130 and 2. I believe she would of gave me something for...

Very bad experience, two vehicles ahead of me, after 15 minutes I finally arrived to the speaker and ordered a combo no ice in my drink and repeated no ice please. Once I got to the window it was obvious why it took so long, it's one thing when you see young employees horse playing around although it shouldn't be taking place but, two 55-60 year old male and female clowning? No excuse whatsoever! For a moment I thought I was at the circus! The female employee missing her front teeth opens the window and took my order again and twice had to let her know that I didn't want ice in my drink. I drove to the second window and OMG she's now at that window and she's filling several cups and I noticed she put ice in each, she opens the window and proceeds to hand me my drink and I had to reminder her that I asked for no ice, she punches the palm of hand with a he he he you saw me putting ice in the cup like I was suppose to knock on the window to stop her. I didn't bother responding because she looks like the type of person that would tamper with your food. She poured the drink out and stepped away from the window, walked toward the lobby out of site and returned with a drink with no ice, a complete waste of my time and money when there's no way I was drinking that drink. No reason for why she couldn't refill my drink at the window. Stay away from the circus act, aka hood...

White Castle is one of my top favorite fast food spots. They have some of the best french fries, and there little burgers in the fast food game can be so tasty when made right. Unfortunately, this White Castle location time and time again is a problem... Why do I go you may ask? It is rare that I go to this location (because of their pattern of behavior) and if I do it is out of convenience mostly... You would think that if there is a line in the drive thru there would be a good chance you're food will be hot and fresh... and it rarely is. This location is just slow habitually. Today my order was more disappointing than normal and because of that I feel the need to call this location out on its BS. If you ask me, the rating of 3.4 on google is too generously high. My sack of fries were burnt to a crisp (not an exaggeration, they were literally hard, not to mention cold) and the White Castles aka "Sliders" with egg I asked for were hot (which is rare) but the egg had pieces of shells in them and also cheese, which I did not ask for. No other White Castle I go to is as consistently bad as this Clifton location. My hope is that they get better management; because of its location in the city it seems neglected,...
