I hate to leave a place a bad reveiw, but I have to on this one. I went through the Drive Thur and placed my order. After paying at the first window, the lady at the second window asked to to pull up into mobile app spot 4 because my order was not ready, this is nothing new and happens for time to time during a lunch rush. But then, employees came up to my car 3 times asking what I was waiting for or asking if I had the so 'n so meal (ie - not my meal in their hands and they were looking for the car that it belonged to). First off, why do they not have a system inside that tells them what waiting car gets what food. I mean, they told me to go to spot 4, then they had no idea what food was mine. Anyways, after waiting 20 minutes and talking to multiple employees that approached my car I did get my food, but it was incomplete ...not all there. The lady that did deliver the incomplete order did note that I was missing something and said she would be back. Well another 10 minutes roll by and nothing...so I go inside and ask to speak to a manager. I show her the receipt and tell her how I had been waiting over 30 minutes and I'd seen many other cars pull up, wait, get their food and drive off. She sees that I did pay 31 minutes ago and that i had not received my whole order. Not once did she or anyone else apologize for the delay, or over anything in return for my time waiting. After looking at the receipt she yells to the coffee counter for them to make my drink. I get the drink and still nothing. They lady that gave me the last drive didn't say anything, just handed me the drink The staff seemed to busy to care if a customer was upset or didn't get their food. No apologizes for making me wait over 30 minutes for 2 meal and 2 drinks.
9n top of that, while I was inside I noticed that Staff members were having full on conversation with customers, like it was social hour by the water cooler. These customers were not even ordering any things. It was like highschool lunch room time in there.
Anyways, this place had a rude staff that did nothing but mess up orders. I saw at least 10 other cars have to to pull up and wait for food just like me...and most got theirs before I did. Seems odd that a fast food place would have such a hard time fulfilling orders In a timely manner that they basically made every car that went through the drive thur, pull up and wait . Read moreThere is nothing worse than stopping by a place purchasing a meal with your hard-earned money that you work for and don't get what you request. Of course it was midnight and I was out late and wanted a bite to eat. And also I really was going for the keychains that look like Crocs that are Crocs. That was my main focus but also I wanted a bite to eat. I ordered a Happy meal cheeseburger a Happy meal with nuggets and I requested that I get a side of tartar sauce which I paid $0.60 for and when I got home I had Mac sauce in my bag and it was such a disappointment. You go to places and you can't even get what you requested. Of course I went home and did not feel the urge or the need to come back out to complain about something that I paid $0.60 for. You know it's just really disappointing at times other than that McDonald's you know you get business and people flock through that line like you would not believe it's a billion dollar business. But people should definitely pay a little bit more attention and that's because people are spending their money. You know I work hard and all I ask for was something so simple. Other than that the service was good at the window. The person was nice. The food was hot but I just didn't get what I asked for. Other than that, thanks for being around. Thanks for being in the neighborhood because the children love McDonald's and some working people who don't know how to cook. They love it as well. My main focus was the Crocs that come in the Happy meal and then they gave me two number six of the same shoe of the keychains that kind of threw me for a loop as well. So I guess I have to go around and each McDonald's and just buy these sold separately because the food is really not my forte. All due respect, there are some people who really love it. The good, at least they are relatively quick for a McDonald's, perhaps this ties into the bad.
Now the bad. My last three trips there my orders have been wrong always short something. Every time I use the drive-thru, wait in the pickup spot, and except for this most recent time end up having to go inside to get my order corrected. First time was short a large order of fries. No big deal walked inside showed my receipt got my fries. The next time I was sure to check my bag before I left the parking lot and sure enough short two double cheeseburgers. Again went inside showed him my receipt and was handed a bag. Walking out I checked the second bag and I had only been given one of my two missing double cheeseburgers. Went back to the person I had spoke to and they got me the other double cheeseburger. Now just this evening I once again checked my bag all four items were in there so I headed home. Silly me I should have known it wasn't going to be correct. It was close this time the only thing wrong was my double quarter pounder only had one patty. Again not the end of the world but for what they charge for those things it would be nice if it was correct. So if you're going to this location be sure to check your order. Oh and a fun little side game I play is always say thank you to everybody I interact with there and see how many it takes before I get a reply. Had a high score going until the lady who brought my food out today said you're welcome, ruined...
