Ok, so I don't typically eat at McDonald's at all but my daughter wanted some chicken nuggets from there because it has been years since we ate any food from McDonald's. I initially drove to the McDonald's on MLK, but the drive thru Line was ridiculously long, so I went to the one in walnut hills. When I pulled up to this McDonald's there was only one car in line, and I should have took that as a sign to leave. I gave my order which was a 10 piece chicken nugget meal with honey mustard, a large fry and large Hi-c, a 2 cheeseburgers meal, add mayo with a large Hi-c and large fry and a cheeseburger happy meal. When I pulled up to the first window to pay I heard one of the workers talking negatively about a customer not affording their meal. The employee handed me my receipt but it was extremely faded so you couldn't make out what was on there. When I pulled up to the second window I waited 11mins before someone open the window to hand me an incomplete order. I received 2 cheeseburgers without mayo, 10 piece nuggets with HOT MUSTARD(not honey mustard), 1 medium fry and 1 HI-C. I told the lady I had ordered two adult meals and a happy meal so I am missing 2 large fries, a HI-C, mayo on my burgers, honey mustard and a whole happy meal. She turned around to her co workers and said with an attitude "she (me) said she is missing food from her order, and then closed the window on me. 4 minutes later she brought me my happy meal and 2 large fries, I then said ok but I'm still missing the other drink, my cheeseburgers were made wrong and I still need the honey mustard. She went back and got my other drink and 2 packs of mayo. My food was extremely cold. The cheese wasn't even melted on the burger. The food was absolutely disgusting and total...
Read moreMy family and I didn't have a good experience here. We were rushed when our ordered was being taken(we came thru the drive thru.) I've worked in fast food and I know u are not to rush the customers! Also when I ordered my Mocha Frappe with no whip cream the girl taking my order was being rude when telling me the machine was down but she made it seem more like it was going to be an inconvenience to them to make it. And then when waiting for our food we had been told, not asked to pull up and when our food finally came out they forgot one of our kids meals (we had 3 kids meals ordered.) We asked if that was all of our food and they said yes but of course I had to go inside and get the kids meal that was missing but we were charged for all of them. The only good thing that was nice was when I came in to get the meal the manager lady was nice and didn't question me and got what I was missing to my order. We most likely will not be returning to this location. And we will also let others aware of the rudeness and how we were...
Read moreThe 2 double cheeseburgers I ordered were okay but they tried to have me pull forward to wait on them when that was the only thing I ordered and there were no other vehicles in line. When I was told not asked to pull forward I informed the employee I wanted a refund. He then left the window and didn't return until my food was ready. I understand asking a vehicle to pull forward if it's a large order or for an item made to order but this wasn't the case. QUALITY AND CUSTOMER SERVICE should be number one especially in the restaurant industry. I have this happen quite frequently and it's all about there timer and making it look as if everything is being done correctly in that's definitely not the case and this is especially noticeable with McDonald's. If you order an item that will require you to wait you should be told that upon placing the order not after they have taken payment. If I am in line first, I order first, and I pay first then why should the person behind me get there...
