I tried them for the first time when they were at Surrey Square during the pandemic. I admit that their turkey tips were good. Juicy like they been marinated and their barbecue sauce is not too sweet or acidic. Now almost 2 years later, my daughter brought us turkey tips plates from them at their new location at Central Station Mall in Norwood. I couldn't eat it at the time because I was sick, but I had to eat it. I reheated it in the microwave and I'd really regret doing that. I had tasted more smoke than flavor and the texture of the meat is tough and scratched my throat. I don't like to say anything bad about someone's food, but if they see this review I hope that next time they will marinade their turkey tips and don't oversmoke them. I want to taste...

Prices were a little high for my taste, but ribs are kind of pricey, so I was ok with it. When I got it home, I realized the green beans were missing. The ribs were literally inedible. I don't know if they were just a really low quality cut of meat, or if they were poorly cooked. The outside was like leather. The inside was basically raw, and the whole thing seemed to be fat or gristle. There was no saving it. $25 for a slab of ribs and I think 2 large sides. I stopped today on my lunch break, ordered a pulled chicken $9, Mac and cheese $3.5 and collard greens $3. The child taking the payments charged me $28.82. I didn't like to complain so I got in my car thought about and went back and showed him the transaction on my phone asking him if this was correct knowing my food should have only been about $18 maybe $19 total because of tax and a transaction fee. And he hands me $8 in cash and then says it might be 21 can I have a $1 back.
