If I could give zero stars I would. I'm sick and tired of going to this place. I should of known it hadn't changed since I was here giving a bad review a couple years ago. Nothing changed. Food isn't the way I asked as usual. And the manager was rude to customers. Not me but to others. She was unbelievable. I could believe my eyes and ears. She needs fired BAD! If managers are no good then neither is the store. Any place is like that. I'm surprised that the average is 3.2. Looks like corporate needs to quit bullshiting and do something about it. It's been years and I've been there only a couple times since and still I hate place to get food from. Everyone I know around this area hates that place and quit going there years ago. Now they go out of there way. Why is it open without a good crew to fix the reputation? Guess corporate don't care. I tried to call to complain about my order and if course after trying a few times they want me to leave a message. Yeah right with that manager working there, I know I won't get a call back or my order fixed or credited. I just wanted it fixed. But I guess I have no choice but to fix it to where I'll eat it. I shouldn't have to. In adding this a couple weeks later and I've been sitting in the dirve thru for agonist 10 mins and they just now taking to the car in front of me. We were waiting because the employees were needing around in the lobby and coming in and out. I wonder what kind of people work here because they pants about to fall off, wearing hats sideways like they're gangsters. This place should be rehauld. Day another 10 and they never said anything. Read moreActually. I work here. Sunday and Monday, 6:30am to 4pm. I'm always reading the reviews left here. Im gonna be honest for anyone who reads this. You're going to be in line waiting. Especially when there's a rush. ESPECIALLY when people order giant meals. As in multiple kinds or of the same thing and sometimes when that happens, we get stuff mixed up and we have to make sure all is good to go before handing it out. Least thats what I try to do. It gets nerve racking when we have impatient customers honking or yelling. We try not to take long, but its the giant meals that kill us, even with online orders. If something goes wrong with your meal. Don't drive up and yell at us, just let us know that something went wrong. We'll replace it. We'll fix the order. We get that folk are hungry or that you dished out so much money. But as one of the employees here. I always try to check the meals as much as possible.
This isn't me being paid to say any of this either. Heck I'm sure ima be lectured. But I'm tired of people coming to the drive thru and giving us uneeded hate and attitude for no reason. Be it a rough day or not. We're just trying to do our jo s. And I can understand that some don't seem to care for the job. But im a mom. I do what I can to keep my job and to keep providing for my son. So even when I feel worn out, beaten down by harsh and hateful customers. Read moreSo I work at this location, I'm a closing manager and I've been there for almost a year. When I started, everything was dirty and wasn't being done right. We finally got rid of those who were dirty but that left us short staffed which explains why our dinning room is never open and why our drive thru is slow. People don't understand what's going on in there when it's just me and 2 other people doing a 7 person job and we have a line wrapped around to the streets so understand when it's not fast food. if you want quantity over quality, visit while day shift is still working. If you want fresh food but isn't as fast, visit when night shift is working. This place has come a long way since k started and I'm actually kinda proud of my work. The only reason why I gave this a 4 star is because the company that owns Wendy's failed to pay me twice and other employees suffer from this.
