Young's Kitchen — Restaurant in Cincinnati

I wanna start by saying, I understand it was Christmas. I understand you were busy. But this was BEYOND ridiculous. We are restaurant owners ourselves and have been in the industry for over 20 years.

We ordered our food at 445. It was expected to arrive around 6. Perfect! And it did. Well some of it. We ordered 5 meals....1 w white rice. 4 w fried rice. We received 4 meals and 1 fried rice.

So we called back. They wanted us to pick it up or give us a credit. Um no. We paid $80 after a $13 tip. So yes we expected it to be delivered. So an hour later we received another delivery. It was wrong again and the driver apologized and said he'd be right back w our correct order. We waited another hour.

We were now at almost 9 o'clock. 4 frikin hours! FOUR!

My husband called and they said they'd bring it again.

Finally after 9 it arrived. And it had white rice w it again! And it was cold.

Wow! Just wow...

I'm a fan of Chinese food but their food needs improvement. Inside of restaurant was gloomy and no diners the day my wife and I were there. We got takeout and ate it in the park. No hand soap in the restroom , had to use our own hand sanitizer. No tap water when we asked for it. Had to buy bottled water. They didn't have lemon, only lime?! Very slow to get our food ready when no other customers were there. They couldn't/ wouldn't substitute tofu for chicken in the lunch special. The majority of the meal was rice. It was just a heavy lump of fried rice, plain with no peas or carrots in it. Our egg rolls had a very hard, chewy outer layer that was...

The best Chinese food around hands down. The Crab rangoons are tops compared to any other joint around. The sesame chicken is my favorite dish but I'm down to explore their many option with how delicious everything always is. Their lunch special is a steal of a delicious deal, less than $8 for fried rice, you're choice of entree and egg roll. Closed Mondays but open the rest of the week.
