Tony Sopranos Pizza & Ristorante — Restaurant in Cinnaminson Township

I would give 3/4 stars if service was better. The food is pretty middle of the road. I wont be ordering their burgers or chicken sandwich again any time soon. Their pasta dishes are better than the sandwiches we've tried. The cheesesteaks decent. Their cookies are gross. I didn't know it was even possible to make a gross chocolate chip cookie. The food isn't bad, really. But its not awesome either.

We used to order delivery embarrassingly frequently. 90% of the time, our order had 1 or more mistakes upon delivery (and eventually pick up). I started ordering take out so I could check the order for accuracy before leaving the restaurant. Even those orders were incorrect. One time, while I waited in the store for my incorrect order, the teen employees goofed around the whole time, discussing what desert or soda they wanted. One of the men working, was busy flirting with the young girls. I was not the only customer in the restaurant. Unfortunately, that order for pick up also had mistakes. When I brought it to the staff's attention, they didnt know how to correct the mistake. So I came up with the solution (provide the missing item on the side) and then I waited some more.

With the multiple mistakes, I've never been offered a coupon, refund or even to speak with a manager. Examples of mistakes would be ordering chicken Alfredo with broccoli, the staff repeating the order to me, and then receiving chicken Alfredo without any broccoli. Ordering fries with a sandwich but receiving chips instead. Asking for 1 side of marinara and 1 side of ranch but receiving several ranches, no marinaras or vice versa.

So, if your desparately hungry and are aware that they most likely won't get your order right (for delivery or pick up) then this is an ok place.

Their delivery is faster and their food is more reasonably priced than Pat's in Cinnaminson. Delivery...

UPDATE 7.23.24 Yep, this place is still number 1 across the board. Still making exactly what I ask in the GrubHub notes. Cheese steak with extra steak and fried onions, pizza well done with olive oil in the dough. Mozzarella on the fries that come with the sandwich. 5 STAR ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ RESTAURANT! I don't care who disagrees with me. I've eaten at 4 star restaurants before. This place is better. I know most people would call this a pizza place. Not in my opinion. The staff is so friendly. The prices are really good and the food is the best. Oh, and the portions are really good. They are also the best of all the other sopranos restaurants. I've tried them all. The marinara here, FORGET ABOUT IT! It's one of the best I ever had. Last night, Friday March 22nd 2024, I had the bruschetta pizza. Incredible! Fresh diced tomatoes (not canned), fresh minced real garlic (not jarred), fresh basil (not dried) and fresh onions. Great homemade Manhattan clam chowder soup. Delicious side bread. Delicious sausage Parm sandwich with peppers and onions that comes with really good fries. Real cheese wiz and a small pizza with fresh spinach, red onions and fresh mushrooms. I've had their pastas, lasagna, regular pizza, meatballs, cheese steak, burgers, chicken salad etc. Absolutely incredible! Plus, when I write notes in GrubHub to specify how I want the food exactly, add this or no that, they always get it right. Even their pizza they make it the way I like it, nice and toasty, a little brown on the dough and brown spots on the cheese. The pizzas even have the bubbles in the dough which shows it's all fresh and done by hand. I wish they delivered to mount Laurel. I'd much rather give them the delivery tip and fees that GrubHub and door...

It is becoming a recurring theme. I get texts stating a discount of I use i love tony sopranos link. Spend 10 minutes going through the process of placing an order and after my total is 23 dollars add a tip and go to check out for my order to be 33 dollars. Then I still have to call the store and find out why, to be told by Cheryl, who was very nice and helpful, that she would have to call me back When Cheryl called me back I was told I had to spend 25 for the discount. The texts that kept getting sent to my phone say nothing about a limit not a restriction to the discount. It's sad because their food is very good but I don't deal with deception and having to do more than I need to get nothing. They would do better to not offer discounts and let people just order over the phone I spent 40 mins trying to order online to only getting the discount after I called and asked what's going on. We ordered from KFC and got exactly what we asked for without having to go through a40 min ordeal to try and give them our business.
