McDonald's — Restaurant in Circle Pines

They have great service evens are really nice who work their but i personally like the manger i think her name is Jessica she works their in the morning she makes everyone's day start out on a happy note when they get their breakfast from her she really deserves a raise or something but In general this particular McDonald's is probably hands down the best McDonalds ive ever stepped foot into the people all work very well togeather and many of the employees have been their for a very long time and are extremely dedicated to keeping things rolling smoothly and keeping a clean and shiny store throughout and their faster then you would think possible most of the time it's like you dont even have your pop filled and their standing there next to you with your bag or tray of food they bring it right over to you unlike Burger King they stand their screaming out the numbers and it's like listen I'm pretty sure that person left like 10 minutes ago and just counted their losses after they had already stood their for 15 or 20 minutes and then they give you your food and what do you know its completely wrong so either eat it or wait another 30 minutes for you bk cheese burger and old fries when you compare the two of them their isn't any comparisons it almost laughable the differences in management McDonald's is hands down the place to be some days I eat their three times makes you wonder how Burger King even exists and really though the people at the mc Donald's in circle pines are all really great workers I could probably name every single person that works their and they usually know ahead of time what you'd going to order if you go their even somewhat consistantly they always have great aditude and of all the mc Donald's In this entire state this one steals the show and each and every employee that wprks at this store should be making at least a dollar or two more per hour then any other McDonald's Ive ever in my life stepped foot in and here is why and I'm being serious when I say this they do deserve a raise and recognition for their dedication to this store because they litterally probably each do double what I've ever seen any McDonalds employee do at any other location in this whole state and many of them do way way more then double like fry several times as much work and they do it with a smile and a great aditude it's like their all best friends and they do theese things with seemingly little effort and their on it like click work clean place nice place hard to come by theese days especially at a mcdonalds I mean pay them extra they easily deserve it and I imagine with as smoothly as they operate that store my guess would be that their numbers really do show it at the end of each day I'd be willing to bet this mcdonalds makes more money then at least 90% of other ones and probably a substantial amount more so reward them for their efforts is all I'm saying I know I would if I owned that place great job to all of you who work here past or present because this has been going on since I can remember so over 30 years and it just gets better and better have a great day stop in their you will...

I've been going to this McDonald's for years, haven't experienced times where my order was somewhat incorrect except a few times. Placed an order for curbside, which i usually do when ordering food since its more convenient and don't really prefer going the drive through, although i will if i have to.

It looked like there was only one person bringing out food for people who order curbside, which is only two spots in the parking lot( They could a few more spots for curbside though :-). The person brought out the food, I went home, i opened the bag, the fries were decent, the double quarter pounder with cheese had been mixed up with a quart pounder with cheese, but i mean it still food.

The drive through line was fairly long and i could see the possibility of orders getting somewhat mixed up.

Couple things they could improve on.

1. Customer Service

Not all but a few of the staff are somewhat rude and impolite to some of the customers when i was waiting in line when dining in, which was before the pandemic and still see it from time to time, although i havent been able to dine in due to them having the lobby closed.

2. Not really a big deal but just a suggestion

For curbside, they could add at least 1-2 spots for curbside instead of the two because when the parking lot is busy on certain days and you order curbside pickup, and if those two spots are filled, you'll end up waiting for the spots to open so you could pull in, check in on the app and pay for your food through the app.

When going here the service is usually much better than other nearby McDonalds, quicker service and fresher food. This time I decided to go in and bring my daughter inside to the play place. The food did not taste fresh for any of us, our apple pies were cold and hard to the touch, looked at the time and noticed they were two hours passed the time listed. Exchanged those for some fresh ones with no issues. Going into the play place, it was very dirty. Old fries were on the ground and bench (appeared to have been there awhile), ketchup still on the table and dirty everywhere we looked. Will not be bringing our daughter back to this location anytime soon.

Update: decreased to one star, would do less if I could. Came here and nobody was in drive-thru, pulled up to order and waited 15-20 seconds with no response. I then said hello and was told to wait a minute. Could get past that but employee was rude about it. Then went to pay and was asked if I wanted a receipt, which I said yes please. After payment went thru they pulled card reader back in and never gave receipt. Wasn't greeted at window when receiving food, handed drink which had pop leaking down every side of the entire cup so asked for napkins to clean it up - instead he took cup back, wiped it down a little and handed back all sticky. Didn't apologize or anything. Then get food home and find a hair in my Big Mac that wasn't mine. Highly recommend going elsewhere, terrible customer...
