Would give a zero if I could. Went on 4/10/19. Went through drive through with large trailer. It didn’t trip the speaker so we pulled up to window. The people wouldn’t take our order and let us pay but said we had to come in and order. Didn’t want to bc of COVID but we did. The lady hardly let me order and was pressuring me to be done with my order and was yelling my order to the woman in the drive through window to ring it up.... wonder why I had to come in if that’s how they have to order anyway??? She was actually tapping her foot half way through my ordiwr. Would have ordered more but was in shock how she was acting. Then when I said I was done she says on her head set, so kindly “I am so sorry about that wait”. What??? Then, I look around and not a single employee is wearing gloves to make all of this food. DURING COVID-19... thought that was good service norm anyways??? I ordered a 4 piece meal with a sweet tea and Mac and cheese. SHE ASKSD ME WHAT SAUCE. I said ranch. I ordered a bowl and tea, a Mac and cheese side and an ice water. The girl tells another girl “hey that’s your 4 piece right there for the counter” she brings the bag over and says “4 piece meal?” I said yes and thanks and walked out. Got to truck and they gave me a 2 piece breast meal with mashed potatoes. I go back in to say it was wrong and the lady snatched the bag and says “that’s why I asked you none or not!” I said you never even asked me that??? Then I watch them DUMP the bag and DUMP the chick onto their counter. AND THEY USED IT IN ANOTHER BOX!!!! My husband touched that chicken when he opened it bc he dint realize what it was until we pulled it out.... and I’m PRETTY POSITIVE that is NOT their policy! Terrible service. The only way I even feel good about giving one star is that the girl that brought me my bag said “I gave you an extra piece of chicken to make up for the price difference”. I kindly reminded her that I didn’t pay for a breast meal. And if I ordered that, then why did the lady ASK ME WHAT SAUCE I WANTED?!? She said “I’m sorry!” She was nice. Read moreNasty Filthy place! it's 90F today and we decided to go sit down and cool off with a drink and a snack! $17.98 for coleslaw and a drink. receipt is in the pictures! Air conditioner was broken so it was Hot in there. we get our drinks while waiting on the coleslaw which took 5-6 minutes just to scoop it into a container and get it to us with no other customers in the store except for the girl sitting waiting for her ride with her 20 bags of groceries. As you can see in the pictures the Drink station was a filthy wet sticky mess. Every single table was dirty and had crumbs on them ( zoom in on the pictures) asked the girl working the counter in plain clothes and no name tag if she was the manager and she said no and said that there was no manager in the store today so I told her my concerns which the look on her face blatantly said she didn't care and something must be wrong with me for expecting a clean table to sit at and eat. Bob Evans right next door has the stinkiest bathroom that smells like the zoo and these people are going for the dirtiest nastiest dining room in Circusville! I will be calling Corporate later after dealing with my own customers. I'm sure they will want to see the pictures of the dirty tables and the wet floors including the big spill that no one mopped up and just put a wet floor sign over it. $18.00 and didn't even get any meat! 🤗🤣🤣 Circusville is 26 miles south of Columbus but looks worse than an extension of the South End of Columbus! Read moreI have tried to give this location the benefit of the doubt, but the service and food here is terrible! The past 4 times I have went, I spend $90 on food. Either the food is horrible- hard biscuits, fish over cooked, chicken over done OR the service is crap! Today I was told that there was a 25 minute wait on chicken, I said ok- I pulled up and paid for my food- was told to pull forward and they would bring the food out. I watched SEVERAL vehicles go through the drive through after me- one even pulled up behind me- his food was brought out before mine! When I questioned, I was told he had a mobile order. After waiting 35 plus minutes, my food was brought out. I looked in the bags and was missing half of it. So I walked in and waited for 5 minutes for someone to even to acknowledge me- I told them what I was missing- no apology, just walked away. Several minutes later she comes back with my missing items. Still no apology. What happened to good customer service! The owner of this location should be ashamed of the quality of food and service!
