I placed my order online, it said it would be ready for pick up at 6:10p. My daughter stops to pick it up on her way home. She stands in line till 6:15p for them to tell her they just got the order and haven't even started making it. So I tell my daughter to go to the other errand she had and tell them she would be right back. She goes back, again has to stand in line finally makes it to the counter for them to tell her someone else picked up the order and they would have to remake it. Then he has to call his supervisor because he doesn't know how to see the order to remake it. Finally starts making it to tell my daughter they are out of bread and only have wheat left. Needless to say I'm not happy tonight. If I hadn't already paid foe it online I would have cancelled my order. I will be calling corporate office tomorrow..I understand staffing and shortages but my daughter literally didn't walk out of there still 7:50p with out food and it's not even...

There was a line, but the girl was very professional and calm. Apologize and told everyone she would be right with them. She did not loose not 1 person that was in line. She was very "Great" and handle the line like a Pro. Managements should had have, more personnel there to work. Then later when it was not buzzy sent somebody hone after that sent somebody home....
