Arby's — Restaurant in Circleville

As soon as we walked in, a bigger built guy was at the register and started out rude. Saying "nowhere to go but up" and sighed.... We were meeting up with family or we would have left right then! After ordering, our family member stepped in to finish with his order. He went to hand out cups and stuck his fingers right down in them to which we requested new cups. Gross! Then because we stopped aside, the guy told our family member "well, they said it was to go" to which we told him, we never said that! Then after waiting for our food, half of it wasn't even remotely warm. We just finished visiting family and we wanted to just take it home and heat it up ourselves. We went up and asked for a bag. The same rude guy looks at us with this face and goes "what?! You want a garbage bag?". First off, if you work in food, anyone with common sense would know you're asking for a bag they give you the food in. We said nooooo... A bag to take this home. Then he raised his voice and sighs really loud and goes "WELL, WHAT SIZE THEN!" I did try to reach out to them. I have them 2 weeks but didn't receive any type of response. But will not be going back to...

Went there on Tuesday to get the special I had seen on a big Sign on the way down to Circleville 5 for 10 Reg roast beef. The bill board was on 23 SB side just past the north court street entrance. Upon arriving at the restaurant I went to order this item. I was told it wasn't in effect any more and as I tried to explain I had just passed a billboard with it they started to argue and said they had all been taken down. I again told them it was on a billboard and was told they wouldn't honor it and several nasty ways. I was with my wife and we will never frequent that restaurant ever again. In some serious need of an attitude change and I don't care how good toratehe food. And on the way home after eating KFC I found the bill board and took a picture of it to...

Very very poor service , first off they didnt give me my change I had to ask "how about my change" ...2nd manager is running around yelling "wheres my keys?" After all that I order 2 market fresh sandwiches the Reuben was literally smothered in the sauce they put on it , hardly any meat and sauce just leaking all over ...like I want to eat bread and sauce...arby's got no clue on how to make a Reuben ,....2nd sandwich was a Turkey bacon ranch again smothered in sauce meat all in a ball in the center didnt even come close to the edges...so I threw them both away....worst I've ever seen and this will be the last time I go to this arby's...just ridiculous all the way around.....customer service and the half* made sandwiches --- avoid you have...
