I had accidentally pulled past the first window & the lady working hangs out the window SCREAMING at me like a crazy woman. There was no way for me to back up because of the customer behind me so Iām TRYING to tell her I was sorry & that I had a mobile order but she was too erratic & I couldnāt even tell her my order #. She wouldnāt listen to me & instead was griping to the customer behind me about me, so I pull on up. I get to the next window & I can literally hear her screaming thru the bldg about me. I told ann employee Iād like to speak to the mgr. He says, āwhat do you need?ā I said āI need to speak to the mgr. he walks away in the direction of the screaming all while another boy & girl who were standing at the 2nd window are rolling their eyes & snickering. I wait for a few minutes and itās obvious no oneās going to even give me my order let alone ASK me about my order - id already been humiliated by her ridiculous screaming & left sitting with no food & employees staring & not even handing us our food or drinks, an autistic child whoās upset by the employees behavior - so I tell them to just cancel my order & Iāll be happy to tell the mgr why if sheād like to come to the window. I was told after she deals with the employee that sheād be with me. It took several minutes. There was absolutely no reason to get so bent out of shape & as I reminded the owner/mgr who finally DID decide to show up, most tell us at the intercom just to pull forward if we donāt want a receipt. But, in this case it was a pure accident & I couldnāt go back & make it right but instead had to endure her meltdown. No one asked me what my mobile order # even was. Instead, the owner tells me I can go on the app and cancel but when I couldnāt see where, I asked for her help, she refused to tell me where to go, Instead telling me to come inside. I said I couldnāt (I have an autistic child & disabled child in my vehicle). She still refused to show me where to go so I stated Iāll just call corporate, maybe THEYāLL help me & could I have a number. She responds āitās on the side of your bagā. I told her, āWHAT BAG?! I never got my order!ā So she picks up a bag and starts rattling off the number so fast that I couldnāt hear. I told her to just let me get a pic of the number. She says āyou can call corporate all you want but youāre still going to get meā. At this point another employee tells her āsheās recording youā.
I never once had the opportunity to even give my order number, and because itās already come out of the bank and my app isnāt showing a refund/cancelled order, Iāll just call my bank and provide everything to them where I told them to cancel AND stating that I never got my order. In the meantime Iāll be praying for that employee and am choosing NOT to embarrass āherā by posting proof, even if she had no qualms trying to embarrass me - I canāt imagine being that miserable in life that youāre willing to act in that manner. Especially nowadays when vehicles (and ppl)...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreOh, to feel the enlightenment that I felt last Sunday! The familiar smell of McDonald's fries wafted to the door as I stepped in for what seemed like the hundredth time. The atmosphere was much the same but one thing stood out from the rest. A young man with with bright blue eyes and a dashing smile was standing at the counter serving a thankful employee. He uttered the traditional phrase, "thank you for visiting McDonald's" but his tone showed that he genuinely cared about the customers that he was serving. This alone brightened my day, but little did I know that this would be an experience that I would remember forever.
As I stepped up to the register, ready to order, I read his name tag: Jack Latham. Jack serveDC my fries and nuggets with a smile and he looked very happy to be working. In passing conversation, Jack told me, "McDonald's is where it's at!" This is the best employee I have ever had the pleasure of knowing. He acted professionally and truly cared for his customers.
I am so thankful that generation z has hard workers like Jack Latham. I believe that America will prosper under the leadership of these respectful young people. Thank you Jack Latham for making my day and thank you to the manager who hired him. I think that he absolutely...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI am previously gave McDonald's a review and didn't I stated how things were consistent and ordinary nothing really changed. I would like to update that since then it's been about 4 or 5 months since the last review of McDonald's and it has gotten so much worse. It doesn't matter if you get a sandwich at breakfast lunch or dinner it's never properly made and it falls apart it's never stacked it's laying all over the rapper sometimes the rapper isn't even rap properly. The staff are disrespectful and have no customer service skills I witnessed a manager talkin down to one of her employees she should have never done that in view of customers. Staff also will accuse customers of lying and not give them their orders that are makeup orders I have to call back in and talk to the same manager again just to get my makeup order. I have never known the Circleville McDonald's to be this bad when it comes to customer service in food rating. I really hope that corporate gets in there and does something about this the only good employee they have there is a general manager named Betty she is very sweet kind and...
