I am writing on behalf of my elderly parents who were mistreated, refused service, and have possible damage to their vehicle due to the negligence of the restaurant staff.
They had attempted to go through the Drive Thru but it was blocked by a metal sign. The entrance to the lobby was also closed but a sign said they had curbside pickup. My mother called and was told that in 5 minutes, the drive thru would be open. Around 5 minutes later someone came and removed the metal sign opening up the drive thru. Well there was a 2nd part of metal sign that was on the ground that sticks up to hold up the sign that my parents did not notice.
This should have been removed at the same time as the sign or 2 people should have been sent to remove both the sign and the holder to prevent these accidents from occurring. Neither happened and my parents drove over the metal holder which ended up becoming stuck underneath the car. The employees came out, but not to assist. Instead, to accuse my parents of willfully disobeying and being accosted by different members of the staff. The man that removed the sign took no personal responsibility and the manager took the employees side. Luckily, their grandson happened to be in the parking lot and witnessed what happened. He came to assist and after using a jack and about 30 minutes in the drive thru, they were able to get the holder from underneath the car.
The restaurant staff was unhelpful and rude and for my elderly parents who are in their 70's to be treated so dismissively is horrible. To add insult to injury, they refused to serve my parents after the incident. The entire situation and the way that it was handled borders...

That’s when the cashier rung me out one my order which was #1 combo. (Dine in) Which is not a complicated order. But I noticed instead of ask if I wanted a receipt she just threw it out. Then after I got my order which was a to go bag. Then I heard the manager told the customer behind gave him his receipt and a free ice cream shake (which he had kids) and told him she needed a survey. Which I thought was rude because they didn’t give my receipt. Because I was planning on eating this place for there cleanness and service they provide here it’s obviously they SELECT there customer service. They only got one star because the burger was actually decent. The tables are not clean I had to walk around to find a clean table. Read moreEdit: Adding after meal. -Pappa Burger was not very good. I asked for no tomatoes or onions bit there was ton of onions and alot of mayo/sauce slopped in the middle. I dont remember it tasting this way and the fries were dry and hard. So for that I took another star away
Went for the Tuesday $5 Pappa Burger combo. They were out of Root Beer...main reason I traveled 10 miles to get but got Pepsi. It was nasty. No carbonation at all. Was a long wait. There were 2 cars ahead of me in line but 5 cars out in the parking lot waiting for their food. I waited about 8 minutes when they brought out my food and told the girl my drink wasn't that good so she said I had to get back in line cuz she's not supposed to take drinks. So I go back thru the drive thru. Waited another 5 minutes and got a lemonade instead. The girl at the window was nice. So was a pleasant visit besides not getting my Root...
