Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Citrus Heights

I was hesitant to come here to this location as it was out of my way and the ratings did not seem very good to begin with. But I went anyway as I wanted a quick inexpensive breakfast in the middle of the afternoon (a major draw for Jack in the Box as far as I'm concerned... That and occasional taco cravings from the chain in general). But for this location... Was very put off how every "substitution" for my beverage came with a significant upcharge, despite them being out of decaf coffee (coffee came with my meal ordered). There was no professional apology offered for being out of decaf, nor any attempt at customer service. It was simply stated, they had no decaf just regular coffee. I requested orange juice instead and noticed upcharge on screen. When I asked about it, again no noticeable attempt at customer service. I know it's fast food, but these days I've been to several different chains, including McDonald's and the staff was friendlier and at times offered some accommodation. Not here. I initially settled for the regular coffee, but really didn't want it and would probably have thrown it away, so I asked if I could have a soda instead. Worker said yes. But again without warning there was an upcharge. I noticed it, but decided but to waste my time further. I was friendly with the worker at window, asked how her day was going. In her defense she may have been tired and just was ready to go home. But to be honest, my experience here was already soured by the seeming lack of customer service or concern to accommodate the customer, rather more oriented to upcharge them every...

Stay Away people!!!! I went to this place 5 times and 3 times they gave me my order wrong or a missing fries or something. The 4th time was 3 weeks ago and it was only me and 1 more car in the whole drive through and nobody was answering the drive through thing and I heard people fighting through the window and arguing with each other it took them 12 minutes to answer us! Its unbelievable. My last visit was last night and I absolutely believe this place must shut down or remove employees. It was only me in the drive through and the lady said one second and she left for almost 10 minutes and they made us really angry then a guy came and got our order. We went in the frong and they were fighting again they you don't work and you are lazy and stuff with rach other. I told my conplain to them and they didn't care because he said everyone has been yelling at them so that means something is really wrong man. They didn't give us napkins and one of our orders was wondering again and the fries were almost burt. ONE WORD PEOPLE STAY AWAY!! Jack in the Box cooprate if you're seeing this please do something serious about...

Sir i have one serious issue . I am a doordasher and i have complaint on the behalf of all dasher. The girl or lady who works at night (who speaks rude) misguide dasher most of the time when they come for their order. She has her own law . She misguide by saying that she doesn’t get this order or she got this order right now , come back later ( it is impossible to move out from drive through sometimes because of cars . You can watch cctv videos . She is kind of rude every time. I told her politely every situation but she doesn’t try to understand. Sometimes she looks kind of mentally depressed. So we ignore her . I can come here with all dasher , they can tell her story , her way of taking. Sir Costumer is costumer , i think it doesn’t matter they order in store or online or in drive through. They pay for their food. So i requested you to take necessary action against her . We can’t reply her because she doesn’t want to listen. Now she became worse for all dasher. Thank you...
