Dear Taco Bell Customer Service,
I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the service I received at the Taco Bell located on Greenback Lane. My recent experience at this location was marred by unprofessional and outright rude behavior from the store manager, which I find completely unacceptable.
On 6/5/24 at approximately 3:15pm, I visited the Taco Bell on Greenback Lane with my children to order some food and a Freeze for my daughter, who suffers from seizures if she overheats. Understanding her condition, it is crucial for me to ensure she remains cool, especially during warmer days. On this particular day, I intended to order a small Freeze for her.
Upon reaching the order station, I inquired about the sizes available for the Freeze. To my surprise, the manager, who was handling the orders, responded in an extremely loud and condescending manner. She yelled over the loudspeaker, “We don’t have small and medium, we only got large and regular.” Her tone was not only harsh but also unnecessarily abrasive, making me and my children feel extremely uncomfortable.
Feeling belittled and trying to clarify the available sizes calmly, I attempted to ask for more details, but the manager continued to speak down to me in a demeaning manner. The volume and tone of her voice were inappropriate and unprofessional, creating an unpleasant and hostile environment for customers.
Moreover, when I requested the contact information of her superior to lodge a complaint, she flatly refused to provide me with the corporate number or the store’s contact details. This refusal to give me the necessary information to escalate my complaint was not only frustrating but also seemed like an attempt to obstruct my efforts to report her unprofessional conduct.
Her behavior had a significant negative impact on my children, especially my daughter, who was already feeling unwell due to the heat. The manager’s rude and aggressive demeanor exacerbated the situation, adding unnecessary stress to an already challenging circumstance.
I have been a loyal customer of Taco Bell for many years, and I have never encountered such appalling service. The actions of the manager at the Greenback Lane location not only reflect poorly on that particular store but also damage the overall reputation of Taco Bell. It is imperative that the staff, especially those in managerial positions, maintain a certain level of professionalism and courtesy when dealing with customers.
I strongly urge you to address this issue promptly. It is essential that the manager undergoes thorough training in customer service and professional conduct. No customer should ever feel disrespected or uncomfortable when visiting a Taco Bell restaurant. Additionally, clear communication and transparency regarding product availability are fundamental aspects of customer service that need to be reinforced at this location.
I hope that my complaint will be taken seriously and that appropriate action will be taken to ensure such incidents do not occur in the future. I would appreciate it if you could keep me informed about the steps taken to address this matter.
Thank you for your attention to this serious issue. I look forward to your prompt response and a...
Read moreLet me start by saying that we use to frequent this Taco bell often over the years, but tonight just sealed our fate to NEVER come here again.
My wife and I were the only people in the drive thu. I ordered my usual Mexican Pizza, the NEW chicken quesadilla, and my wife ordered her usual nachos bell grande. The Caisher Jace B was nice, and the gentleman with the deep voice was nice as well. As always.
But it was whoever that kid was who cooked the food that was TERRIBLE ON 6/14/24 at 8:05 pm.
When we recieved our food and started to drive off, my wife notice that the beans were really old, dry, and hardly had any meat. So my wife parked and went inside to have it remade.
When we got home, it was STILL old beans, hardly any cheese or meat. Basically he just made it the same.
I opened my mexican pizza and it looked great.....until I looked in between the shells. It was cut in 4's. One section had no meat at all, second peice had beans and barley any meat, and it was all in the center...meaning my meal was mostly shells.
I go to my chicken quesadilla...I open it up to look.... only 3 peices of chicken. A little cheese, the rest tortilla. It was the worst we have ever had at ANY taco bell.
I worked in fast food back in the 90's so I know about customer service. This KID who made our food did it as if he could care less. ThAT just cost this place our future buisness.
With prices constantly going up, minimum wage more than ever, only to have terrible food is infuriating.
You can go up on minimum wage as you want, raise prices as much as you want but obviously, it doesn't do a dam thing about better quality of food.
So keep paying that terrible cook if you want. But it will not be off our dime anymore. To that kid: Take pride in your job. I remember when minimum wage was $4.25. We HAD to deliver good service EVERYTIME. You do that, you can move up in the world if you can at least DO THE BASICS. Your only worth what you deliver....
Read moreThe food Speaks For itself as In There we’re no problem & I enjoyed my Order.
But What I can Say is that The Service To Which Employees Have Is Absolutely Horrible, After Confirming 3 times On the Order speaker Menu To Simply add Extra Tomatoes & Lettuce which I did paid pay for.
Driving up to The Window, I was also Presented with the Wrong Drink Ordered. The Order was Made On 7/25 Cashier: Michael.
Upon Payment For my Order I Asked The Service Person at The window, “ Sir Please Can You Make sure That There is Indeed Extra Lettuce & Tomato” “ Almost every Time They Forget Or it’s missed”
Reply: “Ok”
This Is a ongoing issue For the past 6 months, With the same Order every time. I am Not a Negative Peraon & only hope to wish positive outcomes for Every Event That Resolvent could Be made.
This Issue Is a ongoing Problem, Which made me Right this Review It seems No one pays attention at the Whole Order with Discrepancy of Detail in This This Location. It only Saddens Me Because Collectively Speaking Every other Customer Gets The Same Service As I did.
Moreover, (Two) + 0.50 Cents for Each Extra Add On is not a lot when served Upon payment.
But After 6 Months of Ordering, Taking at least Myself speaking I have Lost 6$ & Feel Like I was Not serviced With What Taco Bell Publicizes As There Outstanding service To be, Unfortunately. Now I’m Just Representing My Individual Cost Of Loss, If You Consider Multiplying That
( - 6$ Loss to Average Orders of Extra ) in the Past 6 Month Time Frame, It’s just an unfortunate situation to say The least. I Hope This Gives Some Motivation & Truth To See changes In The Concerning Matter of Employees Simply Putting The Best Effort In Performing What There Job scope Is Set to be upon The day They got Hired with...
