Aside from the politest gentleman at the drive-thru window, this is a joke of a Taco Bell. Not knowing there was a creamy sauce on one of the burritos, since it’s not in the name, I asked only for no cheese on it for a dairy allergy. I did mention no cheese whatsoever, no dairy, it’s for a dairy allergy. I wanted beans and rice ONLY. Sure enough there is a creamy sauce first bite. I spit it out immediately and return to let them know. I’m fortunate to not have a severe allergy. When speaking to the manager about it, she just wanted to point out how it was my fault for not knowing there’s a sauce. Point taken, I know now, but that doesn’t change that I mentioned a dairy allergy. She said her staff doesn’t know there’s dairy in the products. WHAT?! That’s not an excuse for such negligence and she could have cared less about the possibility of this scenario having turned for the worse. Some people can die from these types of mistakes. I rarely eat fast food (hence my lack of knowledge of the ingredients) and this is part of the reason. To make things worse, the girl who made my burritos was loudly talking smack along side this manager while...
Read moreThe cashier seemed distracted. When I started my order I said I wanted a six pack and one chicken chalupa he didn't hear me I repeated myself and he did not know what a six pack was. Six regular tacos. Then he asked if I wanted them soft. Don't they default crunchy? When I checked my order I saw six tacos and no chalupa and no napkins. When I told him I didn't get my chalupa he asked the cook to make another but what we noticed is that he was chuckling facing the cook. That gave me the suspicion that the cook tainted the chalupa. We didn't eat it we threw it away. When I got home I took out the tacos and there was five tacos and one chalupa. The cashier seemed very disoriented. Will not return to this taco bell. It seemed like there was no management on duty. If they were there would have been faster service. And whatever they may have done to that chalupa would not have happened. I hope you have cameras to watch your cook's and cashiers. Who's bagging the food? Is the cashier checking the order? The cashier didn't ask what kind of sauce we wanted we had to ask. How difficult is it to...
Read moreThe manager of this establishment presented a condescending demeanor to my girlfriend on June 18, 2020 at approximately 2:00 PM after her order wasn't prepared properly for a total of four times. Her order was three Doritos Locos tacos with meat, cheese and sour cream. After having her order made incorrectly several times, my girlfriend became drained and told the manager who oversaw the remakes to "Get it right" in a calm but exhausted tone and proceeded to walk towards the exit only for the manager to attempt to ban her simply for that projection alone; indicating that the manager handles stressful situations such as this with no intent to be impartial or calm in the face of such adversity. The manager here isn't fit to manage due to the fact that she claimed to call the police over this even though the situation didn't escalate to the point of that being a necessary tactic and due to the fact that she's not emotionally secure enough to administrate such an establishment.
