Dutch Bros Coffee — Restaurant in Citrus Heights

I first had dutch bros when I lived in Oregon 11 years ago! So good and when I came back to Cali no other coffee place did it for me, Finally when they built one I was so stoked! Tasted just as good as I remember it! Chocolate Mac Mocha Iced with Carmel and whip is my drink. I go almost every day! Well I used too! I hardly ever go anymore, the employees are deff not the same, most of them are very immature now. Seems like every time I try and go back I am disappointed. It is so frustrating waiting more than 15 mins for drinks to find out the car in front of us has just been chatting for the last 5 with the employees while we are waiting I have 2 thirsty kids and a crying baby. I have seen an employee lick a child's cup messing around with someone in a car in front of us and not throw it away, I have seen another employee flipping off another employee messing around, just a bunch of immature kids working there now. The longest I have waited was 45mins! I would had left but I paid with my bank card when one of the employees was taking orders in line. First time here today and never returning. All I wanted to do was buy a gift card. There was a long line so I parked and walked up to the window. One girl just looked at me and I told her I just wanted a gift card and she didn't say anything she just ignored me and started talked to someone else. Okay maybe she didn't hear me or is busy. I'm still standing there. Another girl smiles and says hi and I say "hi I just wanted to get a gift card I didn't know if could walk up or not I've never been here" again she ignored me and walked away. Yesterday, around 7:30 p.m. a friend of mine and I and my 3 year old son went to this location to get some drinks. The line is normally long but it was nothing too crazy this time. After our order was quickly taken, I look to my right side and about 12 employees are shotgunning Red Bulls before their shift behind the business. After that the line did not move for over 30 mins.. people were only being served on the other side of the building. Customers started honking and my friend got out of car to see what was going on.
