Wendy's — Restaurant in Citrus Heights

Worst experience I've ever had at a Wendy's in my entire life! The manager that was taking our order had no customer service skills no personality did not give a flying rat's patootie about helping us or making sure our experience was good making sure our food was right. I was on the app and trying to use the discounts that are on the app and I guess it wasn't scanning something was wrong with his computer and he just kept looking at me and saying all well it's not working on my end. I explained to him that you guys have an app and it's not my fault if your computer is not working so you need to make this right and it took me three times explaining this for him to finally take off the drink that was supposed to be discounted. I asked him what was on a chicken sandwich he told me lettuce tomato when I got the sandwich it had lettuce and mayo on it I went back up to inform him that that's not what he told me it was and I just asked for a tomato he stated that he did tell me correctly my friend that was with me also heard him just say lettuce and tomato because if I would have heard Mayo I would have asked for no mail and to add honey mustard instead! He said I should charge you a dollar as he proceeded to roll his eyes and hand me the honey mustard. UPDATE 6/6/23- My wife and I went to the drive-through to order some food again and there were only 2 cars in line which included us. As we were ordering orur food, the girl taking our ordrer kept asking us if there anything else or what else do you want when we were still ordering. She was pushy. We get to the 1st window and the older woman who took our payment was nice and courteous. When we went to the window to get our food we asked which one was well done and the server didn't really know and just pointed out a bag( our burger was not well done when we get it like this all the time from here). The girl who took our order was a short girl with a hundred zits on her face, I would just Say her name but people don't wanna wear name tags these days so that's why I described the way she looked. And THEN, We see why she was rushing us,. She was too busy texting at the drive through window!!! We didn't get the sauce we asked for, the nuggets weren't cooked riight because they didnt shake them while they cooked. We didn't get the sweet and sour sauce, And we had to come back for napkins. At this point if you don't want customers coming to the establishment, just put a big sign in the widow stating that you don't want any customers because you want to play...

Absolute worst experience at a fast food place ever. We order two chicken sandwiches and the only modification that was made was extra ghost pepper sauce on my sandwich. We checked the order after leaving the drive through to find that we had received incorrect items and my sandwich had no sauce on it and my girlfriends wasn't a chicken sandwich but a burger. We went in and politely informed them of the mistake and asked if I could get the ghost pepper sauce on my sandwich and if my girlfriend could get the correct item. They remade the items and upon getting into the car we double checked our items my girlfriends item had been corrected but my sandwich was the same sandwich they gave me before but the cheese had been switched out from the original ghost pepper cheese and it looked like they just slapped regular yellow cheese on it. When we went back in to get the correct item a 2nd time, the employee behind the counter audibly was talking trash about my girlfriend and I and was being extremely disrespectful. I usually don't get mad about people making mistakes in a restaurant or fast food joint but this was absolutely unacceptable, and honestly won't be going back EVER.
