I’m a longtime customer who will not return after last night. The safety, security and comfort of customers is not a priority at this location.

There is a customer who is known for getting drunk and belligerent. This person has verbally attacked customers and is never spoken to regarding her behaviors.

Approximately 1 month ago this customer took my picture and posted it to their social media account, without permission. They were asked to remove the photo by the other person in it, and began to verbally harass that other person as a result. This customer has cursed at the other person and me multiple times since then.

Last night that customer began verbally harassing us again, from across the bar. We politely asked for her to leave us alone but that did not happen. In fact it seemed to egg her on. To the point that I requested manager intervention. Imagine my surprise when the manager hugs her and spends the remainder of the evening laughing and joking with the person who was the instigator. When the manager came back to me after speaking to the offensive party, that person was across the bar sticking their middle finger up and making obscene comments. Unfortunately this is not the first time that customer has caused problems but it is the first time I am directly involved so I cannot comment further on prior issues.

Service staff that were present last night can attest to the situation as the customer was writing notes on a napkin asking for me to be removed & handing them to service staff. I understand there are cameras in the restaurant that can also be used to confirm the events that I’ve described.

I called this morning to speak with the GM and was informed by him that this customer is known to be under the influence of drugs when she comes in but is still served alcohol. Not only has her behaviors caused issues with other customers, but she is being served alcohol when she is already exhibiting signs of intoxication.
