I went to this location for lunch with my service animal. At first, everything was OK. The server sat me at a table that would easily accommodate me and my service dog and took my drink order. About 5 minutes later, the hostess sees my dog and says,"Oh, I didn't see that. You have to put your dog all the way under the table. It can't be out." I said that she was seated where she needed to be to do her work. My dog's snout and from tips of her feet were not under the table and was completely out of any walkway. She proceeded to tell me that the manager will come tell me where my dog needs to be. I instructed her that my service animal will sit wherever she needs to sit in order to properly alert me. She said I was wrong and the manager will probably come talk to me. It got worse from there. I called corporate and left message with no response. UPDATE: The corporate office called me a few days later and apologized for my experience with the hostess and manager on duty. I was assured that they would be properly trained on ADA law and how to properly deal with members of the public when they have a service animal.

The young man who brought us our drinks was exceptional — his elegance and warmth truly stood out. For appetizers, we ordered the fried calamari. They were tasty, though the portion was a bit small and slightly greasy. We also had the crab cake, which we absolutely loved — flavorful and perfectly cooked. On average, the appetizers were priced around $15. For our main courses, we chose the Carrabba’s Trio, which included lasagna, pasta, and chicken parmesan — each part of the dish was exquisite. Our other main dish was the Spiedino di Mare, a combination of asparagus, shrimp, and scallops — simply spectacular. The average price for main dishes was around $30. We finished off our meal with an espresso and a cappuccino, the perfect ending to a lovely dinner. The atmosphere was complemented by good music, making the whole experience even more enjoyable.

I've never had a bad experience at a Carrabba's. The food is always great, the place is always clean and everyone is always ready to provide quick/friendly customer service. I especially liked this specific Carrabba's location.

Let me start off by saying this location was quite refreshing from start to finish because we had just come from a restaurant that did not acknowledge us when we walked in so we were unaware of procedure and waited about 20 to 30 minutes before realizing we had to put our names on the list just to wait another half hour. We understand mistakes happen and they were rather busy but they had seen us multiple times and honestly, we really just needed a meal after a long day at work (we were so ready to sit and begin ordering). Needless to say, we called a nearby Carrabba's and immediately left when we were told it was open for dine-in.

We arrived, walked in and we were instantly greeted with a big smile and readiness to sit us down. The place was spotless, as usual. Our table was ready to go and set for us by the time we reached it. We were told to enjoy our food by the young lady that directed us to the table and then she walked off with yet another big smile. I wish I could have caught her name and included it but she was there at around 8:30 pm last night. She did a great job (we saw her always moving around, preparing silverware, etc.)!

Jasmine (I'm sorry if I spelled it wrong) made this place an even better experience than it usually is. She somehow managed to go above and beyond the already awesome atmosphere found at this restaurant. We never had to ask for anything. She was ready to provide feedback on the food, told us a story to go along with it, kept our refreshments coming and then even provided to-go drinks. She checked up on us just the right amount of times and actually waited for an answer instead of rushing off like others have a tendency to do (at other restaurants). So many other things could be said - she was great!

I know after a long day of always providing excellent service, you're tired, but these folks kept it going all throughout our time dining.The staff at this location definitely deserves recognition for their hard work and amazing customer service skills.

I could go on and on but really, the best way to put it is that I'll definitely be back and bring others with me to enjoy this restaurant at this specific location. Keep up the...

An unfortunate experience tonight at this Carrabba's. We love Carrabba's, but tonight we had the worst service and meal experience with our server. To start things off, there was a hair in my wife's salad. And no, it wasn't hers. Wrong color and long! There were five in our party, and next, when our meals came to the table, there were only 3. Two of the meals never even got put in with the order. So, we had 3 meals brought to the table and the other 2 hadn't even been put in yet. On top of that, one of the meals, a 10 oz. Sirloin, ordered Medium Rare, came out Medium Well. When we mentioned it to our server, she took it back, we thought to have a new one correctly prepared. However, five minutes later, she returned with the same steak, now Well Done! What didn't she understand, I'm not sure. At this point, 2 of us had finished eating, 2 of us had meals that were just put in to be cooked and the last of our party had an improperly cooked steak that wasn't anywhere close to what was ordered. Now, I had to forget our server and ask for the manager. Finally, when the manager, Lavida (sp?) came over, she began to take over and get the remaining three meals of our order going. It was an unbelievable (not good) dining experience, one I'd never expect at a Carrabba's, but kudos to Lavida for taking charge and finally getting correct food to our table, even though we spent way longer at the restaurant than expected. Thank you again to Lavida for taking care of the bill and recognizing and taking ownership of the mistakes on behalf of the server/cooks. I had the pleasure of dining at Carrabba's recently, and I must say, Jordan, our server, elevated the entire experience to a level of excellence that left me truly impressed. As someone who has worked in the restaurant industry, my expectations for service are quite high, but Jordan exceeded them in every way possible.

From the moment we sat down, Jordan's attention to detail was impeccable. Our drinks were always full, and she anticipated our needs with grace and professionalism. The appetizers, particularly the sampler platter, arrived promptly and were a delightful start to our meal. The calamari, in particular, was a masterpiece of crispy perfection.

For my entrée, I chose my personal favorite, the Chicken Bryan, and I was not disappointed. It was cooked to perfection, with flavors that danced on my palate. Jordan's recommendations were spot-on, and her knowledge of the menu was truly impressive.

Throughout the entire meal, Jordan's warm and friendly demeanor made us feel like valued guests. Her passion for providing exceptional service shone brightly, and it was evident that she takes immense pride in her work.

In summary, I cannot recommend Jordan enough for her outstanding service. Our dining experience was made all the more memorable thanks to her attentive care and expertise.
