Ordered a larger 20 pizza order for my business group the day before and asked for delivery. Stated the order and verified it twice on the call with the supposed manager on the phone. Called the morning of order to add 5 more pizzas and verified the order total again, had to pay separately once again which was fine. Order delivery person showed up with 18 pizzas... then proceeded to first tell me that order was only for 18 pizzas and no additional pizzas were ever for this order. Then they called the store to speak with team about order and proceeded to blame "system issues" for lacking pizzas. At this point I don't care what the issues were, I need pizzas for my large group order immediately. They put the order in for the additional 7 pizzas and deliver them after 30 minutes, too little too late for my group.
Upon delivery, blamed it again on system issues while apologizing profusely. To top it off, still had to pay full additional amount for the added 7 pizzas that were missed. I asked for the manager to call me to discuss ridiculousness of this order, ridiculousness of having to pay full price for their system issues and delays, and ridiculousness of having to pay full price for the final 7 pizzas. Order was for a Saturday morning and was promised a call on Monday morning, which never came.
Frankly, does not seem this location cares for large business orders and will not be getting my business back. Next order the following week went to Marcos pizza on Hanley and the service and food was exceptional, as well as the business discount. Read moreWhen you call this domino’s always ask to be transferred to the store for service it will be faster to get your food. Do not place your order with the costumer service agent. I don’t know if the costumer service people are at there home taking order for you and then sending it to the store. So tired to place the order with the costumer service lady and it was taking a little longer then usual to process my card. So she told me that my card is not going through that something is wrong with my card info she transfer me to the store so I can order my food I talk to the people at the store and place the order for my food I received it Less then 15 minutes. The next morning going through my bank statement.I found out that the customer service lady process my information and did not even contact the store so they can refund me my money. The craziest part is The store did not see the payment that was processed by the customer service lady from the previous night it’s like it was never never existed. So now I have to go through my bank to dispute The extra charge that was made.Because manager told me that he does not even see my charge and he cannot do nothing about it. The pizza never really seems takes more then 15 ish to 20 minutes to be ready to just pick it up, I think they allow a buffer time for longer, jusy to be safe and I don't want to go giving you false hopes, but it is generally pretty speedy. Just pop on over and take home your custom creation to enjoy the deliciousness. Dominos has definitely stepped up their game taste-wise in the last couple years, this has really been some delicious pizza! Will order from them again!! Thanks John for always making great...
