Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Citrus Park

Placed mobile pick up order for 3 sandwiches and when we returned home we found out we only received 2 sandwiches. We called the store for a refund of the missing sandwich and the manager said she either has to give us $7.99 store credit or refund the full $30 order

We asked if they could deliver the missing sandwich since we are 1.3 miles from the store and the manager scoffed and said if it wasn’t originally a delivery she cannot send her driver without charging us a delivery fee.

We then asked again for a refund of the missing sandwich and the manager proceeded to say it was our fault that we didn’t check the bag prior to leaving the store, alluding to the fact that we needed to check their work to receive the correct order.

Manager proceeded to tell us she packed the order herself and that she knows there are 2 sandwiches in the bag, to which I told her yes, but 3 were ordered.

Never apologized, never admitted they were wrong, and hung up on us when we asked for her name. Accepted the $7.99 as it was better than nothing, and waiting for a call back...

This location of Jimmy Johns is top-notch! Clean and tidy! The sandwiches are fantastic! Perfect in every way! The service is phenomenal! The employees are professional and seem very happy! I watched the interaction between the employees and their manager "Q".... They get along beautifully! The employees have respect for Q and work hard for him! It was a pleasure to see how he motivates his employees...gets at their level.

We are sooo happy Jimmy Johns has decided to FINALLY offer wraps!!!!! We LOVE WRAPS!!! When given a choice for dinner in the past, I would always pick Jersey Mikes because they make wraps... Move over Jersey Mikes.... Jimmy Johns has joined the competition!

When I walked in, business was slow. I told the cashier that I had 2 sandwiches that were not a pre-numbered choice, she said no problem. I ordered them (which the manager heard), the cashier then put in pre-numbered choices only, which the manager then made exactly as the number allowed for, even though she had overheard my requests. They continued making the wrong sandwiches even when I pointed that out, they gave me a receipt and told me to call with any problems. Well 1) by then it's too d**n late and you're stuck with sandwiches you didn't want and 2) they were incredibly stingy with every ingredient (even the ones you didn't want). It's not like they were rushed. I'm never going back...
