McDonald's — Restaurant in Citrus Park

Do McDonald's located in Hillsborough Avenue in Town & Country here in the city of Tampa Florida I went there yesterday a Filipino woman an older woman took my order to West Brawley one of the nicest people I have ever had to deal with she was talking very loud on the point of a screening screening she would not rule telling me what else what else what I was in I got so upset I went there to have breakfast I am finally just said to this woman just give me a cup of coffee and she was very rude so I asked to speak with the manager he wants a young man I don't remember his name right now in this young man was very nice she apologized she says that this woman lost her husband a few months ago and ever since she's been acting up a lot of people that complain about her and she has such a problem she shouldn't be in customer service they could put it in the back and take care of sweeping and mopping or something and in Gold Beach at the maps or something he was very upsetting and then he offered to buy me breakfast I said no I'm already upset I'm not going to have anything else and I thank him for his time and then I said well thank you and come back I said I would never come back to the store so my Arabians for McDonalds if you're going to have people that are really nasty towards customers you going to lose a lot of business because I was supposed to be there with a doll that got six other guys that we need to get it every morning to have breakfast at the other McDonald's on Hanley and Waters Avenue and the people that are very nice and they were going to meet here because of an employee that you have at this Hillsborough so I told him I would never come back to the store I call my friends canceled and I told him not to come here and today we met at the Hillsborough I mean at The Waters Avenue and Hanley Road McDonald's and we had a wonderful time like always so if you continue to hire in real nasty people then you're going to be losing a lot of business and you're opening yourself for a lot of problems does this woman could cause somebody to lose their cool if you know what I mean and she has such a problem then she should go home or chica psychiatrist for help why should I sell don't need to get this kind of attitude when I go to eat...

This is not the first time my wife and I have come to this location. However, this recent visit will be our last. Tonight, there were at least ten cars filled with teenagers loitering in the parking lot and inside, hollering and making a mess. The inside of the place was absolutely FILTHY. Of course, the management and staff did absolutely nothing about this. When my wife and I had ordered our Big Breakfast, we spent a good fifteen minutes waiting for a simple plate of pancakes and eggs! When we finally got our food, the young girl at the register had the nerve and lack of class to DUMP our order SIDEWAYS so the bag was filled with spilled eggs and haphazardly thrown hotcakes! When my wife had pointed it out to her and said that she wanted a fresh order, they just rehashed the same food but on another plate, then had the gall to say that it was made fresh in HALF A MINUTE? Again, my wife had told the girl behind the desk that we wanted FRESH FOOD, not the recycled shambles of food that had been thrown around without care only a minute prior. Only after multiple times of asking did we ACTUALLY GET FRESH FOOD. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone that has any standards of fast food health concerns. The management is as lackluster and uncaring as a black hole, the employees are abysmal, the place itself probably gets cleaned only once a week from the looks of the interior, and they don't even give you food in the proper orientation. I'll be going to Burger King instead, where the staff actually seems to genuinely care about your business, and not to keep the dozens of screaming teenagers sitting around at 8PM happy with sideways hotcakes and...

This McDonald's is the one that really made me not want to go to McDonald's ever again, first and foremost because the service and and order accuracy is terrible. For years I dreaded going to pick up food for the family here because I knew something about the order would be wrong. I have numerous examples:

One time at around 6:30 AM I ordered an Eegg McMuffin and sweet tea. I got a Sausage McMuffin and unsweet tea. I was the only one at the drive-thru. Once I picked up an order when my nieces and nephews visited. I had to drive all the way back because the nuggets for nephew were not in the box. Multiple times I ordered a double cheeseburger and got a McDouble. A single slice of cheese would not be a big deal if I wasn't paying extra for it. Last time I took my parents here and ate inside my order was incorrect and my mom's filet-o-fish was slathered in tartar sauce with cheese hanging halfway off the bun. If you have an issue it is also difficult to get help, sometimes the staff clearly do not want to acknowledge you after food is received.

Beyond that, the place is rarely clean. Tables have noticeable crumbs and scraps so you have to wipe them down yourself. Bathrooms are usually serviceable at least. Even after McDonald's renovated their interior to resemble fancier cafes, the place never looked very clean or sanitary. I only came here when my family voted against me for the longest time.
