I’ve dined here a few times a week for the past 6 months due to my job being down the street. The food is always hot (for the most part). The reason I’m giving this store 1 star is due to the customer service or LACK thereof that I received on my visit yesterday for lunch. A co-worker had given me their card to get them some lunch and I had cash to order my lunch. The process is always the same at a restaurant when splitting payment between a card and cash- you take the cash or card and enter the amount and the difference is paid with whatever remaining payment method. The girl at the window did not know how to do this. When I presented her with the card she ran it and it came back declined- I instructed her that she would need to put the exact amount on there and the rest would be in cash. No one clearly taught her how to do it and I should’ve just given her the cash first because apparently she couldn’t comprehend how to work a simple system. Due to my frustration I told her to just take my part of the meal off and I paid for my co-workers part with the cash I had. Because I wanted to take off food she called her manager over and told him that I wanted to take food off and he asked why her response was,” CUZ SHE CAN’T AFFORD IT.” And her co-workers that we’re nearby started laughing. Then asked, “she can’t afford a dollar more?” This is not how you treat a customer because they are the CUSTOMER. The reason you are there and even have a minimum wage hourly rate. When I got back to work I explained to my co-worker what happened and my entire team will no longer be dining at this facility. I ordered through the app and there was some issues with my order so I told them I didn't want it. And told me to go online to get the refund and they already processed it that I had gotten it and I couldn't get my refund. Til this day I still haven't even gotten my 40 dollars back from them. Even called the costumer service they said they would but nothing happen. And the day this happen we ended up going back to this location and the manager was straight rude .but b4 I called costumer service we went in to see if we could get something else and she said yeah but had a horrible experience in the store .more to the story too much to write but I told them I'm allergic to tomatoes and they added a bunch of them in the tacos I got. Read moreI usually don't complain and If I'm actually writing this, there is something wrong. This use to be one of my favorite locations. I had came here the last 3 times and and ordered the big supreme tacos and burrito supreme and I have to say, this is not good. Two out of 3 tacos hardly had any meat in them this time (maybe 2 drops) and the burrito was full of lettuce with hardly any product in it and cold. This is stealing. I finally had to say something to the cashier. I know my father and neighbor stop coming here for the same reason. I know that I am one person, but I promise you that you guys are getting a reputation for this and I know a few people that are going to the other Taco Bell's and it is not like this.
